Perfect in all respects and would go again and would recommend it to friends.

Breakfast was brilliant as had hot food sausages and scrambled egg rather than just cold food and there was a brilliant choice of that . Location was really good as so close to the old town and it was very quiet. We used the under cover car park for safety rather than risk it being broken int but not really necessary .. as seemed a safe srea. There was a paid public cat park next to it and quite a few unpaid parking spaces in the street

Only appeared to have loose tea rather tea bags which the other I is hotels had and could see a tea strainer so had coffee but would have preferred tea . Also although there was a push down plug in the wash basin it didn't go down so had to use running water which seemed a waste.

A comfortable, convenient friendly overnight stop .

The location was easy to get to with underground parking which is a bonus from the security point of view . The staff where very welcoming and efficient , the facilities where all working and the lift was a good size which is an advantage for anyone with mobility issues .

We thought that the room though comfortable looked very tired and was in need of new carpeting to replace the stained and worn one . It would have been nice to have coffee making facilities in the room , more for convenience because having to go to the bar for coffee can be awkward and time consuming if you are disabled . I don't know if this is due to French law or company policy ?

Convenient hotel in a lovely city

We often stay at Ibis hotels when we travel to France. They are good value and very predictable in terms of the quality of the accommodation, service and breakfast. We like Troyes and have visited a number of times but not stayed at this hotel before. We were very happy with the location, the welcome we received, the car parking facilities and the breakfast. All of the good standard we expected.

Motorway stopover

Location, paid parking underground, open air parking free for one hour next to hotel, very close to supermarket, cinema and restaurants. Very comfortable bed, quiet rooms.

Nice stay in a convenient location with friendly and welcoming staff.

Check in process was simple and staff were very polite and bi-lingual but allowed us to practice our rusty French before helping us :-). The location of the hotel was a very easy 10 min walk into the centre of Troyes where there are plenty of good restaurants to suit all budgets. Car parking was easy and free.

It would have been nice to have an electric kettle in the room.

Excellent place to stay as a stopover between Le Shuttle and the Ski Resorts.

Could have been worse, could have been better. We came away feeling somewhat ripped off.

Breakfast was good, but the coffee was awful. Availability of underground parking was good. Location was good

Machine coffee in paper cups at breakfast was dreadful. Breakfast was seriously overpriced. Parking was overpriced. Gaining admission to the underground car park was not easy. Why not send instructions and entry code by SMS or email on booking or the day before arrival.

Just what you expect from an Ibis and in a great location.

A very well-appointed hotel in this price bracket. Adequate amenities, friendly and helpful staff, easy, secure parking and a great location near the centre of Troyes. The Ibis provides what you expect and does it well.

Getting a snack if you arrive late or a drink at the small bar can be a challenge and better to sample the local scene which is well worth the few minutes walk.
