The surroundings are beautiful, with nature and the marina nearby, and the bus stop is right across the street. The pool is a great bonus for relaxing mornings and sunbathing. The bed and pillow in the room were comfortable. Although there was no kitchen, the room had a fridge and some dishes, which was convenient for preparing breakfast and keeping drinks cool. The air conditioning worked well.
There were many mosquitoes, flies, and wasps in the area. The property only offers one room without a real kitchen or a shared cooking space. The hosts were quite strict.

Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und super freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt, so das uns die Abreise sehr schwer gefallen ist. Ich kann diese Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen. Alles sehr gepflegt.
Das Verhalten von Booking.com nachdem unsere erste Buchung ihrerseits storniert wurde da mit meiner Kreditkarte wegen PhotoTAN was schiefgegangen ist. Das fande ich von ihrer Seite nicht korrekt da ich keine Chance hatte mit einem Mitarbeiter von ihnen in telefonischen Kontakt zu kommen.

Nous avons apprécié la convivialité de nos hôtes et leur hospitalité. C'est un couple adorable. Mon fils de 20 ans a apprécié les verres de schnaps "fait maison". La propriété est un petit havre de paix à l'écart de la grande ville de Dubovnik mais pas trop non plus !! La piscine est un vrai plus pour se rafraichir après les excursions sous le soleil. On reviendra avec plaisir...on sait qu'on ne sera pas déçus.

The gardens and the pool were exceptionally well maintained. The room was nice and clean with a balcony where you could have breakfast. Air con worked well.
There was a bus stop just outside so it was easy to visit Dubrovnik every day.
The owners were a lovely older couple. Will be returning to this place again.
