Decent 4* hotel with attentive staff

Helpful staff! Easy to check in, allowed early check in and good breakfast.

No showercap in room. Temperature gauge in shower wasn't marked so it took a bit of experimenting to find warm water.

Great hotel with sauna outside the main city

Loved the sauna upstairs. I was in the building across from reception which seems newer. Bed was super comfy and quiet. Loved the area, although it’s a bit out of town, it’s easy to get to by tram.

The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and were not that polite.

Great stay, nice atmosphere, thank you!

That was a great stay. Special thanks to the reception lady who welcomed us, she was super nice and friendly. I also loved seeing the staff members in traditional costumes, it really added up to the overall atmosphere of this beautiful hotel. The room and the breakfast were all good, and I especially loved an opportunity to use the sauna.

I loved everything, just two minor comments. It would be great to have teamaking facilities in the room, I missed a teapot. As for the location, it takes you a bit of time to get to the center with the public transport, but the surroundings are still beatiful with the mountain view. So not a problem at all.

Absoutely fabulous. In every way.

Everything about this hotel was perfect for us. It's quiet. The beds and pillows were heavenly. The bathroom had a bath as well as shower. Our room was large and carpeted. It had a large double bed as well as a couch, cupboard and desk area. We had a beautiful view to the mountains. There were no tissues in the room, and no coffee maker or kettle. Breakfast was fit for a king. I don't remember ever having a breakfast so good in my many years of staying in mid range hotels around the world, with the greatest variety of delicious fresh food. Amongst so many other things, a variety of fruit juices, fruit salad and fruits, cereals, bircher muesli, yoghurts, 9 varieties of cheeses, 10 varieties of sliced meat, delicious crusty breads, bread rolls, croissants and pastries, bacon, sausages, eggs, toaster. And hot milk! We also had dinner at their restaurant the night we arrived, and apart from the fact that it is a fabulously interesting place to eat in, the staff were wonderfully friendly and welcoming, and the food was delicious.

Arriving here always feels like coming home, the free parking space, the superfriendly, attentive owners and staff, the big, clean rooms and bathroom, the charming restaurant serving top traditional food and drinks, the general atmosphere here is just top!! See you next time!

Convenient for Innsbruck centre and for motorway. Good and generous local parking. Hotel impeccably clean, excellent in-house restaurant and very fine breakfast. Excellent medium-hard mattresses which I always look for.

The night we stayed quite humid, but no aircon in the room, thus had to keep windows open and thus extremely noisy early in the morning (Friday) with traffic right outside, garbage collection etc. Room very clean, but poorly lit. Idem for bathroom which was otherwise very modern and spotless (but no ventilation)

Nice hotel in lovely neighbourhood, easy enough to get too from the centre,just one tram that you stay on till end stop and a couple of minutes away from there, it also serves a great breakfast and has a bar.

Nice hotel for a stop over on way to Italy

Lovely hotel,clean and comfortable.The staff were really welcoming and friendly.The food was really good both evening meal and breakfast.

We had a room in the annexe and ours was next to the lift which was really noisy until 1.30am as people seemed to come in late.

Very good

Breakfast was great, people were nice. Parking was included and available. Also important rooms were clean and the hotel is very well reachable from the highway.

We only stayed a night, after booking very last minute. The room we ended up getting was a bit outdated, the beds quite hard. Nothing too serious, is a nice hotel but for the (last minute) pric we paide, 8 suffices matches for what you get.

Very disappointing!

Breakfast!

The zingle room was really small. In fact I felt claustrophobic in it. A €49 Ibis Budget would have been both bigger and better value! However, it was 'topped' by the en-suite. This was no bigger than a broom cupboard! I had to get out of it into the bedroom to dry myself after my lukewarm shower last evening! At €111, to me it was a disgrace in a hotel I have previously enjoyed staying in because of it's high standards. It appears these do not stretch to room 233!

Good choice of food for breakfast, small but comfortable rooms. There is a park and palace near the hotel.

A bit far from city centre but the bus stop is behind the corner. The restaurant for dinner is closed on weekends.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Very spacious. Good location close to the highway and not that far from the downtown. Hannes was exceptionally helpful, giving us recommendations on do's and don'ts. Free parking!

Nice place to stay

We had a spacious room, comfortable for a stay. The area is really quiet, don't be afraid of the nearby highway, you can't hear any noise at all. It is not in the city center but there is a bus stop near the hotel and also a shopping center in a walking distance. Breakfast was really nice and they also offer dinner as they have a kitchen. Nice place to stay.
