Rumer Hof is a nice hotel and I recommend for a short stay.

The location is excellent: half hour by bus No 504 from the train main station. The area around the hotel is industrial, but we had a beautiful view for the mountains. We were given a visit card for all three of us that enabled us to travel with public transport free. The restaurant is very beautiful with a view through the windows, so you can enjoy the breakfast or dinner. As for the breakfast, it was very good, but: you have to get early as if you come late, then there is not much! The girls at the reception were lovely. The lady at the dinner lounge was great: she not only prepaired coffee but she used to clean the tables, the glasses and put all in the washing machine: i think she is doing the job that needs 2 or 3 people!

The beds in the room are not comfortable at all: they and the pillows are too soft and they should be replaced. Some of the towels are worn and to be replaced. I wished there was a coffeemaker and a small fridge.

Not value for money, compared to other options.

Location is perfect next to transport station. Most staff were friendly. Rooms were nice and warm.

The gym is not on the premises as suggested by photos and website. After hours check-in was a disaster! Very very basic accommodation. Definitely not 4 star compared to our next stay!

Friendly, easy check in. Lovely hotel. Great location, 2 minutes walk from train station- easy to get into city. Room is large and we’ll set up.

the hotel is well located just a little bit out of the Centro city but easy to reach the center by auto or bus. friendly staff and an excellent breakfast are the bonus. appeared to be a hotel for business stays but I would suggest families also consider this facility

Not recommended for privacy concerns

Rooms were clean and comfortable

During our stay we had some other guest opened our room door a different key the guest had. We informed the reception but the lady denied that anything as such happened considering we were lying. This was totally unacceptable since we have seen the guest open our room door as we were sure it is a hotel guest and not room service who opened our door. We asked them to check the hotel camera’s to verify but they denied. Our privacy was compromised.

Perfect location and we loved the parking right in front of the hotel.

Old style and the room had no AC, which was very inconvenient on the hot humid summer night we stayed.

The wrong version of the room was presented (instead of one double bed, two separate beds).Uncomfortable pillows.From the room it was heard how the cleaning of the room opposite was going on.

Well the room was excellent, it was clean and tidy a good view to the montain side! What i found interesting was the music in the bathroom, when u turn the light on also is turn the music on, it was quite nice 😊😊.(you dont need anymore to sing in the shower 🙈🤣🤣) Very close to the bus/train/tramway stations, the lines are good connected to the center of innsbruck. It takes about 10-13 minutes with the bus. I recomand the hotel 👍🏻👍🏻

disappointed and scammed

it is not far from city centre where you can go to restaurants and nice walk

no payment transparency, always trying to make you to pay more. i have booked the night with breakfast and the receptionist confirmed and told us where to go for breakfast in the morning. next day we have been told in front of other guests we can’t have breakfast as we haven’t payed for it. then later receptionist said we have to pay additional €7 each for breakfast and we were 3 of us so should be €21 and not €32 how they asked us to pay. because all of this issue we were late for breakfast so a lot of food were finished by 9am. there were no: scrambled egg, cherry jam, prosciutto, cheese left few slices, saggy tomatoes and cucumbers, also they leave you raw eggs to boil by your self without anything to tell you they are raw and what should you do to boil them. not safe place for kids, they have access to this dangerous boiling machine. an absolute not comfortable pillow and over heated room. no climate control and have to keep windows open all night and get sick as well. shame for who gave 4 stars for this place because it doesn’t deserve it.

Very good

A nice old fashioned hotel, situated near the highway on the outskirts of Innsbruck. The locatiin was perfect for us, a family with a car. The room, beds and shower were clean, although a bit small. Well heated. The sauna was very nice too. Breakfast very good with nice variety. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious with great service. So overall great value for money.

We reserved two rooms, but one of the assigned rooms was used when we opened the door. The desk lady treated us very nicely and changed the room to have them both on the same floor, ascorting us to be sure it's tidy. So overall a mistake well taken care of.
