The small B&B is situated very close to the beautiful village. We asked for an early book in and Lesley the host was happy for us to do. She is wonderful and very welcoming. The room was very clean and had a kettle, bottled water, tea/coffee, biscuits and Lesley had added in crisp and chocolates also. The breakfast was beautiful and plenty of choice. We would highly recommend to stay here and we will definitely be going back. Thank you so much Lesley for your hospitality!

I’m really disappointed with our experience here. When we arrived to check in, we were told that we were no longer staying there due to a plumbing issue — which, we were informed, had already been resolved. Naturally, I questioned why we hadn’t been contacted in advance about this change. The response I received was quite dismissive. I was essentially told that because they had rebooked us elsewhere, we should be grateful. I found that attitude very unprofessional and frankly quite frustrating. To make matters worse, the area has very poor internet signal, so I was unable to look up the new B&B or get directions. The host was unhelpful and would not allow us to log on to the WiFi to access the information we needed. Thankfully, we eventually managed to find the alternative accommodation. While it was nice enough, it was much further out than we would have chosen ourselves, which added unnecessary inconvenience to our stay. Overall, the lack of communication, poor customer service, and dismissive attitude significantly impacted our experience. I would not recommend staying here based on how this situation was handled.

So close to all attractions.The owners of the B@B were so lovely and welcoming. Went out of their way with treats left in the room for us and breakfast was delicious. Definately recommend staying here when visiting cotswolds.

Wonderful home away from home!

We had a lovely and comfortable 2 night stay here. The location was perfect - quiet but almost right in the the town centre. The room was spacious and clean. Leslie the owner was friendly & welcomed us with chocolates & snacks. The full English breakfast was delicious and generous. She even kindly offered to do a bag of laundry for us. It was freezing outside but the house was warm and cozy!

Wonderful stay in a hidden gem

My partner and I stayed at Webbys Windrush from Friday to Saturday this week. We have never stayed in an air B&B like this before but would definitely stay again! Leslie was so welcoming and fantastically warm towards both of us. Pete was unable to be present but Leslie more than made up for his absence, working tirelessly to assist us with whatever we needed. The room was clean, of good size and has an en-suite, you can’t ask for more for your money really. The breakfast was incredible and the fact it was included in the price was just amazing. Leslie was full of ideas on where to go to best enjoy our time away, saving us money on things such as parking, with little hints and tips. Thank you Leslie for making our stay so peaceful and enjoyable.

Peaceful and comfortable

Lovely people who own the B&B, really friendly and welcoming. The room was comfy and clean, left us chocolates and crisps as a snack!! Really close to the centre of Bourton upon water too.

Amazing stay with the friendliest hosts in a beautiful Cotswolds village.

The b&b was a beautiful house, positioned just off the Main Street in Bourton-on-the-water. The bedroom had a large en-suite. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was delicious and the hosts were so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Great B&B !

Ideally placed for a wedding we were attending. Hosts are super friendly and it was ideal for what we wanted and a lovely breakfast as well as snacks in the room. If we are in the area again would definitely be our first choice to stay as great value and service.

Little gem in a wonderful town

Leslie & Pat are great hosts who put a lot of thought and some nice little touches into making your stay enjoyable. Very good selection/choice for breakfast. Quiet area but only 3 minutes walk to the centre of town. Onsite parking

We didn't have the best sleep, but we are used to a larger and totally different type of mattress. There is nothing wrong with the bed or mattress. it just didn't suit us.
