TERRIBLE HOTEL - AVOID AVOID AVOID!
The breakfast staff were pleasant.
Rating: 1/10 – Avoid Terrible experience. Despite advertising guaranteed parking, there was no proper parking available and we were directed to an unsuitable area, which resulted in damage to our car. The way this was handled was unprofessional and dismissive. The room was filthy on arrival, with old clothes left behind from a previous guest. Several plug sockets were faulty or didn’t work, which felt unsafe. Breakfast lacked quality - £12 for an additional full English when you already pay for breakfast! Staff (management - Ross) were unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable rather than welcome. Overall a very stressful and disappointing stay. I would not recommend this property and as a result we ended up leaving early.

Great location, cozy room and great breakfast.
Excellent location close to the main attractions, the room was very good and breakfast was great.
The bed mattress was not comfortable and needs to be changed. We stayed at room 11. The shower stand doesn’t hold the shower head correctly.
