Apart from someone re folding a dirty towel this place was perfectly fit for purpose.

The room was good and the breakfast was even better. The staff were brilliant. The room was warm and silent.

A previous guest or staff had left a towel with 2 small blood spots on on the rack. There was also 2 small dots of blood on a door and a door frame. This did not affect our stay

The place is quiet, the staff is friendly, the heating works.

Parking is free, but you have to change your parking disc every three hours, which is impractical for working people. On Tuesdays, the hotel is unmanned (no concierge), so you have to call. Breakfast is very limited and not worth the cost. The rooms are dated, with torn fabrics, damaged tiles, ineffective blankets, and only a single bed (even the double bed is two singles).

Good alternative to centre city hotel

Well maintained and in a good quiet suburb with the bus stop straight outside and easy access to the airport and the tram station . Large restaurant and friendly staff . Breakfast is very simple but reflects the price. A really good alternative to staying in the city and due to free transport in Luxembourg you can get on the bus easily and they are very frequent. I walked to the tram station some days just for fresh air as easy walk on flat . Please note all rooms are accessed via stairs so not wheelchair friendly. I also bought my own shower gel . Right next to a forest walk as well. This is what in the UK we often call a leafy suburb and only half hour outside centre, you can even walk to the airport!

I could have done with slightly more shower products and maybe a light over the key box outside , but please note these are minor items and the benefits of staying out of the city in the green belt outweigh

Met my personal expectations. Value for money.

I chose Charly to experience local culture vs a chain hotel. I was not disappointed. I chose Charly to be close to the City but not in it. Breakfast & restaurant were good and again a local cultural experience.

OK overnight stay

Convenient parking, clean and comfortable room. Food was good in the restaurant.

Flights of stairs with no lifts. Very dated rooms and smelt a little damp. The pillow was absolutely tiny but did manage to find a pillow in a wardrobe to add to it. The WiFi does not work in the room, it only works in the restaurant.

A Great Find!!

Wonderful place!! Located right on a bike path and and bus stop with easy parking. The room was functional and well equipped. Check-in was personal and quick. Full restaurant downstairs. Breakfast included 2 fried eggs... Wow!! Easy access to the big highways.

The price is not high, but the bed and bedcovers were quite thin and simple. Would have been nice to have a better covering and mattress.

A great place to travel to Luxembourg - calm, cozy, pleasant. We really enjoyed!

Great hotel! A small three-story building, on the first floor - a restaurant, the next 2 - a few rooms. No huge corridors and crowds of people. Everything is cozy, calm, family-like. The rooms are simple, but everything is very high quality - appliances in perfect condition, pleasant quality textiles, perfect cleanliness. Breakfast is included in the price, it is very hearty and tasty - the freshest pastries, hot snacks, juices, coffee - just enough. Directly under the hotel there is a bus stop to the city center.
