Very economic and basic hotel

The showers speed is pathetic. I have stayed 10 times in this hotel in all the floors but none of them have the shower water speed decent. Even the 1st floor shower speed is BAD !! Too many ladybugs Reception staff are a bit unfriendly

Amazing hotel right next to the airport. Was a bit worried about noise but it was so peaceful Bus stop right outside the hotel to get to the city center. Breakfast was also really good

Nice hotel for the cost.

Right next to the airport though walking access is strange. There is a breakfast area but I did not utilize it. Overall the hotel is alright, good for short stay or connecting flights. Buses are available outside and the airport has a tram direct to the centrale city, with multiple stops. Takes about 30 minutes.

It was OK, cant say anything was particularly bad, I stayed for one night only though.

Perfect if you need to fly the next day

The proximity to the airport is a great advantage. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with good variety and quality. The internet connection was also very good throughout the stay.

The only downside was the gym — it's very basic, small, and only suitable for cardio workouts.

Location - 2 min from the airport.

Typical airport hotel. It is apparent that every employee has absolutely zero commitment to their job. Starting with the reception, restaurant staff and cleaners. One towel for two people in the room , cold rooms ( air conditioning - heating function not working ). Breakfast - not enough for the number of guests . lack of basic products and no people to make up for the lack of food. Cleaning lady with one cloth wipes absolutely all surfaces in the room !!!

Not Value for money at all.

-Rooms are extremely small ,don’t be fooled by looking at the photos. It is nothing like that. -Beds and pillows were uncomfortable, house keeping did not refill the tissues in bathroom. -key card was getting reset every time for parking and for room and we had to contact reception every time to fix that.Thus was very annoying,Ibis should look into this bug. -Less variety in breakfast.There is no boiled egg even. Pancake machine is out of order. -Bus stop is very near to hotel and airport is just beside.

shower bath was not so comfortable, showerhead hold was broken and also there was a hole at the front class of shower bath so when I was taking shower, all water was good out and everywhere was wet, when I told reception, she said; half off hotel dizayn was like this, so Who dizayn it, I don’t know but it is stupid dizayn.

Handy place to stay near the airport

The room was well laid out to make the most of its small size. I had a problem with the window - I couldn't get it to properly open or close - which I reported at the front desk the first morning of my stay, and it was fixed when I was back that evening. Online payment and ID check option made check-in and -out very efficient (although I had to follow up with the hotel to receive my facture by e-mail). The bed was comfortable

A kettle in the room would have been appreciated. The soap dispenser for the shower was only filled on the third day of my stay.

My choice for the next trip to Luxembourg

Very good stay. One of the advantages of the hotel localization - walking distance to the Luxemburg Airport (however a free hotel shuttle is also available) and at the same time to bus stop with many connections (Luxexpo station, city centre). Very clean, comfortable room with lots of electric sockets as well as USB plug sockets. Although it is an airport hotel, it is very quite. Big, clean bathroom. I really appreciated freshly squeezed free orange juice for breakfast. If I ever return to Luxemburg, I will definitely stay again in this hotel.

One of the elevators was out of order during the whole stay.

Nice location with easy access, but the rest is... meh.

My 3 year old daughter loved playing in the bunk bed of the room. The location is of easy access via car and public transport (specifically bus). As a guest, parking your car in the premises is free. But beware that there is a limited number of parking places available, so not guaranteed to be available.

Above the entrance door to the room, there is a ventilation fan that is permanently turned on, day or night, independently of what is set on the thermostat/on-off switch of the climate control. People were laughing/speaking loudly and making loud door banging noises after 12 in the night. You will hear airplanes taking off at 6 in the morning. The breakfast buffet is of mediocre quality.

Walkable distance from the airport, comfortable room, very clean. On my departure day, I could leave my luggage at the hotel and visit the city. On return, I was allowed to use an outlet to charge my phone.

I was annoyed during the night by a mosquito. A mosquito net on the window could avoid such situations.
