Mandarina Hotel LUX easily met our expectations, and the price was right compared to other options. Although we weren't allowed to check-in early, check-in followed an orderly process at the designated time. Our room was very clean, and it was sufficiently large, quiet, and comfortable enough. The wifi worked well. Breakfast, with a wide range of hot and cold offerings, exceeded our expectations. The only drawback was our shower. We were in a handicap accessible room (423); there was no shower curtain; and the water flowed throughout the bathroom floor.

The rooms are fine for one night. Otherwise i would say go somewhere else especially if you value privacy or are staying with kids. Some of the rooms have a connecting door to the next room if you have booked a stay with family so ypu can join each room, otherwise you can hear everything from the next room and the connecting door has no isolation, it's all open underneath. We could hear our neighbor clearly and I'm sure they could also hear everything we did, even walking. Also the walls are very thin.
