Rooms ok bed not comfortable. Had to enter through rear entrance enormous step no lift steep spiral type staircase

Not very comfortable

Great location. Staff were polite and friendly

Our Room was very dark and hot. Pillows were so small. Bathroom was very outdated. The money we paid, wasn't worth it. We didn't feel comfortable here at all.

Ok when you're in need of a bed

It was affordable. Breakfast was ok.

Personel did not speak English. (While situated close to an airport) Only French or Portuguese. The hotel was 'closed' on Monday. So no diner or drinks. You had to ring a doorbell to get in. No hairdryer. No coffee or tea. With breakfast, I had to ask for a second cup of coffee. Our room was all the way to the top floor, no elevator, dragging your luggage 4,5 flights up marble steps.

Really nice hotel, it was a pity it was the middle of a heat wave and the room was so hot

Nice big room, well furnished with a big wardrobe and coat hangers. The bathroom was nice, clean and tidy. Breakfast was great and really enjoyed it. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We asked for an extra fan and she did get us one which was really kind.

It was very warm, we had a small desk fan in our room so it was really hot. No air conditioning anywhere in the hotel. I would prefer to have shower gel and shampoo in a container not wrestle with sachets that dont open

Good at the first glance, but details disappoint

Good and large breakfast, large room with large windows, flexible checkout.

You can see why it's the cheapest hotel in the area. At the first glance everything looks alright. But as you start noticing the details, your opinion will change slightly. Mould in the bathroom, rips on the duvets, bubbled-up laminate in front of the bathroom indicating water damage, etc. The heating system needs bleeding, it's disturbingly loud. Plus if you get a neighbour who's simply watching TV and you find yourself having trouble falling asleep. I needed earplugs. You do get a bed for your money at the end of the day though.

The stuff was wonderful. The hotel is 5 min drive from the airport. It isn't close to the center but it is in great option for someone who wants to be in a beautiful and calm neighborhood near the airport.

There was a bad smell in the bathroom. The toilet didn't seem very clean.

Great, practical choice for just before/after a flight

Great location close to bus stops that will take you to the airport. Decent breakfast, very clean.

Check-in was a little odd and quite late. The walls are also quite thin and you can hear everything going on in the motel/restaurant.

Overall it was a nice stay, I would say the best part is the breakfast

Breakfast was very nice, we had a French-theme breakfast, the atmosphere was lovely. The waiter as well was very friendly and sweet! Perfect place to stay if you just need a place to sleep. Neighborhood is safe and location is easily accessible by bus.

I expected a mini fridge, but there wasn't one We stayed for 2 nights, the 1st night everything was okay, however the second night was very bad. The cleaning staff were cleaning on the level above us for over 5 hours until 1 am. It was extremely loud and we couldn't sleep properly.

Even if there are a few minuses, overall it was a pretty good stay offered at an accessible price.

The hotel's restaurant was very good with pretty good prices too. The breakfast was included in the price and was ok. (too many sweet dishes comparing to the 2 slices of ham and cheese). Also, most of the staff was nice and helpful.

The manager was superficial in his approach with the hotel's clients. He was obviously more interested in restaurant activities ( where he seemed a little bit disorganized ). Just a few members of the staff where speaking English. Between the hours when you can eat, there is no staff at the hotel and almost no way to reach someone if needed. (if someone calls to the hotel phone number, there is a robot which says a short Luxembourg number which cannot be called if you do not have a local SIM card). Also there was a lot of noise made by the airport nearby and also from the kitchen until 10:30 PM.

Before arrival I asked fir parking and they said it is free and lots are available. After arrival there was no parking lot available and the staff does not even care about me. Anyway, parked roadside far from Hotel.

- Situated above a restaurant, constant noise from chairs and restaurant activities can be heard up until 11pm. Starts again at 6:30. - Room is not well insulated from road noise. - Reception situated inside the restaurant, where you must walk past everyone having their meal with your luggage to check in. - The Room I was in needs updating and the bathroom is not what is represented in the given pictures. (Smelly shower curtain and broken towel fixture) - not much in terms of amenities provided (eg. hairdryer) some shower gel and soap. Suggest to bring your own - bed was not comfortable, was like lying on floor boards with a thin mattress on top.

Free parking and very easy get to the centre of the old city by (the FREE) bus/tram. Breakfast excellent. Very close to airport.

As with so many lodging, the shower head would not stay up which made showering a challenge.
