It was clean and easy to get into Luxembourg centre from the hotel

The family rooms, we’re not family friendly. I shared a room with my 16yr old son, whilst one had a shower the other had to sit in the corner of the bedroom with a curtain only to cover the shower area so the person showering had privacy. You could not exit the room whilst one was in the shower as you had to walk past a shower with a glass door. The toilet was a size of a cupboard, if you were tall you had to sit with the toilet door open, as your legs wouldn’t fit in the toilet! The staff weren’t particularly friendly, we ate in the restaurant and I found the staff working in there unhelpful, they got our order completely wrong, we were waiting for drinks for a long time. I would not stay again.

The horrow photos and and all evil dark decoration all over the hotel. The place is boring with no fun . When u come back to the hotel u find no fun activity to do. Just food and drinks.

Terrible experience.

Terrible and unacceptable experience. I had a confirmed booking for the night of November 8–9, with an early check-in between 1:00 and 2:00 AM, officially approved through the Booking.com app and confirmed twice by phone, first by a man and then by a woman from the hotel staff. Upon arrival, with a one-year-old child, the hotel refused to let us in, first demanding €100 extra, and then threatening to leave us outside until 2:00 PM. I showed them my bank account to prove I didn’t have the money, but the staff ignored all requests for a solution. They also lied about their phone number, denying it was theirs; my husband called the number in front of everyone, and the hotel phone rang, proving they were lying. Only one employee, probably Italian, tried sincerely to help us, while the other two colleagues, an employee and the manager, were completely indifferent. They asked us to wait for the manager at 6:00 AM, but she did not show up because she had to have breakfast first, arriving about half an hour late and letting us in only around 9:30 AM, despite a baby being outside in freezing cold. When we finally got in, we were assigned a different room than the one we booked, with a bathroom door that wouldn’t close and a shower with very low water flow. After that night, my baby and I both got bronchitis. This experience shows a total lack of professionalism, respect, and humanity. I strongly do not recommend this property, especially for families with children or vulnerable guests.

Comfortable hotel close to the airport

Not the most spacious room, but it does the job. The beds are comfortable and the location is very strategic being close to the airport. The receptionist was very kind and helpful with the check-in.

The separation between bedroom and bathroom could be a bit more improved, since the only thing separating it is a curtain and the shower door (which connects directly to the room) could be all of it opaque, instead of just a part of it.

We have been familiar with this hotel chain for a long time and have always been satisfied - until now. The room we booked was chosen very deliberately because our child wanted to sleep on the upper bunk. Upon arrival, however, we were informed that the booked room type was unavailable. The only option given to us forced our child to sleep-literally-in a closet. After a long discussion with the receptionist, including reviewing other (more expensive) options, we were told that the reserved room was occupied and there was no possibility to change or upgrade. The payment was non-refundable, and even with an offer to pay more, no solution was provided. We paid for one product but received a completely different one. This experience left us extremely disappointed. After years of using Booking.com across many countries with full trust, this was the first time we felt deceived. We hope both the hotel management and Booking.com will review this situation seriously - it should not happen in a country known for its hospitality standards.

The mattresses in the room were very soft The shower cabin smelled badly until we used it, then the smell was gone. Even though we put the 'do not disturb' sign kn the door, the cleaners still came in to clean. The breakfast is quite limited for the price you have to pay.

It is very close to that airport, I needed a place to stay before an eary flight. Big parking, not possible to book the parking in advance. Somewhat reasonable price.

Check-in and check-out were very easy, and the location is convenient with plenty of options for getting around. Perfect location 10min away from the airport

Everything was great. Location was perfect (literally 10 min walk from the airport), the size of the room was also perfect for two people, TV, towels, desk, everything clean, breakfast included was nice (but simple: cheese, ham, bread, croissants, cereal, fruit, juices). The bus stop to city centre is literally outside the hotel (and it takes 15-20min to get to the city centre). The bar was nice in the evening/night. 10/10

Noisy from both aeroplanes and dogs barking/crying. If you want a good nights sleep bring earplugs. Booked a family room with breakfast included for me, my wife and son (aged 15). Went to get breakfast and told that because my son is over 12 I need to pay for another breakfast. No option on booking.com to do that and if you book a room, state who is staying in the room and breakfast is detailed as included you expect that to be for all guests. Staff blame booking.com and take no responsibility. Bear that in mind - extra €8.50 per breakfast. Wouldn’t stay here again.
