The hotel was fine and of itself, but it’s not suitable for anybody who wants to use public transport

Clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff. Great beer.

They claim it is accessible via public transport because there is a bus stop 50 minutes away. And yes, okay we did manage but it’s incredibly dangerous. Coming back in the evening, you have to walk at the edge of the motorway and then cross a motorway junction on foot. I would imagine that this is not even legal. Going into town, you again have to walk at the edge of the motorway for a short while. If we had known about this situation in advance, we would definitely not have booked.

Convenient stop-over

It is a convenient place for a stop-over, as well for driving to the city of Luxembourg. Located just off the exit form the motorway. Designed for car travelers, offers everything that one may need but not much more.

There are not that many options around regarding food or shopping, if one is looking for a variety.

Good located near police station

Stad seemed to be very influenced by the lies campagne about me. So sabotaging almost everything. Shower in room for disabled people was the afvoer was not working. So 1 minute of showering will flood the place. Ignore people with privacy issues. Saying out loud what number my room is.

Excellent location close to motorway with plenty of parking. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

Location close to motorway excellent but as we arrived on Sunday evening it was difficult to find somewhere open for a meal. Check in and out was easy and staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice.

I am thoroughly unimpressed and will never recommended IBIS to anyone!

My recent stay at IBIS was extremely disappointing. The matchbox sized rooms, lack of basic amenities like a complimentary water bottle and Using a paper cup in the bathroom was absurd. The stinginess extended to just one bath towel per person, with no face towels provided. The unsolicited room cleaning the very next day felt intrusive. To top it off, a booking error regarding our inclusive breakfast led to an unnecessary payment and a subsequent refund, Although this was eventually refunded, the fact that my name and booking details weren't double-checked initially caused extra hassle and international transaction concerns. Despite receiving the refund, I am thoroughly unimpressed and will actively avoid and never recommended others from staying at IBIS.

Drivinh by car, the location is not far away from a P + R spot. The staffs are good.

The extra bed in the 3 people room is actually a modified table, so it’s not really comfortable. However, the normal bed is fine.

There was a biking team I believe, they used the main pathway/path to rooms as massage tables which was very strange and unusual.

Comfortable and close to the high way to get back on the road

The room was good and the bed comfortable. Staff were helpful when we arrived.

Very noisy from the outside. Tried to have the window open but the sounds of trucks and cars all night I had to close the window. Staff were great when we arrived and tried to help us find somewhere to eat on a day where everything was closed. But staff in the morning at breakfast well, it felt like they didn't want to be there, looking very unhappy and not friendly at all.

Basic, overpriced, but just about passable for a one-night stop off.

The hotel is located very close to the motorway, which was convenient for an overnight stop on the way to our final destination. It served a purpose.

The bathroom looked like something out of a caravan. It was like a box that had been stuffed into the bedroom. There weren't any hand towels and the water in the shower was lukewarm. I wasn't made away of the additional - compulsory - charge for bringing pets, which was €10 per night. The hotel did, however, say that I could pay just €10 for the two separate nights I was staying with them. The parking was also limited for a motorway hotel of this size. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the corridors. The rooms were very basic, with no tea or coffee making facilities and bad lighting. The beds were also quite uncomfortable. Overall the hotel was overpriced.

A conveniently situated and suitably appointed hotel for a stopover

Room was quiet, large enough and adequately equipped for an overnight stay. Hotel is well located for onward travel into Germany. There is a restaurant on-site although this closes over some holiday periods eg Christmas. A limited amount of free on-site parking is also available
