A very comfortable stay

The hotel is newly refurbished and in excellent condition. Staff very helpful and pleasant and taxi service to ski lifts and town centre very convenient. Restaurant was very high quality and imaginative and they made a real effort to accommodate two vegans. Spa facilities excellent. All in all a very happy experience for us.

Can't think of anything notable. Perhaps the bar area lacked atmosphere but the refurbishment works hadn't fully finished in this area.

staff was super friendly and helpful and made sure to keep us updated when there were issues on the pistes. breakfast has a bit of everything and of food quality. basic toiletries provided were a nice surprise.

This is not a recommended location if you are looking for something decent.

The location is close to a lot of points of interest and parking is available nearby.

The quality of the bed was horrible, could not sleep well. It was very cold in the room, with the heating switched off during the night. had to call the reception at 1am to beg for the heating to start.

Nice hotel, just in front of the Blue Lake. Pet allowed.

Very small room. The waitresses came very early in the morning to do the room. The hammam was closed.

it was welcoming and cosy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. it was easy to get to e slopes using their free shuttle.

there was nothing no to like but being able to ski to it would make it perfect!

The window view was breathtaking!!! there is a small lake just near the hotel so during the day you can have some problems to park your car. the restaurant personel was very helpful and kind, but you should practice your english:)

Wunderbar.

Das Hotel ist ganz neu renoviert. Das Team und die Eigentümer des Hotels (familiengeführtes Hotel) sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Durch den hoteleignen Shuttle Service zum Skilift benötigt man eigentlich kein Auto, zumal man abends auch sehr gut im Hotelrestaurant isst und der Barmann einfach bezaubernd ist.
