The staff was great. Front desk staff very helpful. Usually two people so someone always available Great views from room and bar/restaurant. Shuttle service also great.

The room had no closet and only 2 hooks on the wall. It’s a ski hotel. Skiing requires a lot of clothes and gear and a lot of hooks to hang up that gear and clothing. Installing 8 more of same hooks on the wall would be great for customers and cleaning staff as stuff is off the floor, bed, etc. The pillows were flat. The quality didn’t match the rest of the room/hotel.

Social, friendly vibe and ski in - ski out location was incredible. Views were sensational.

Additional costs - €25 for spa access per day wasn't worth it and €20 for parking per day seemed excessive.

I really liked the location and where the property is situated.

I really liked the location and where the property is situated. However, I did not appreciate the access to the reception, which felt more like a cinema ticket entrance, and the ground-floor restrooms appeared neglected. Regarding the rooms, there were several serious issues. The bathroom exhaust fan was extremely noisy, and the hairdryer broke, with a piece of the fan coming off and being projected like a projectile, which could have been dangerous. The main lights in the room were not working. The minibar, which was described as an included service, was not present. Only water was provided, and it was never refilled during our stay. The level of cleanliness was poor: upon arrival, the towels had not been replaced from the previous booking. Additionally, the coffee machine was running continuously when we entered the room. In the suite, the bedroom located on the mezzanine level was severely lacking proper lighting. Furthermore, there was an unbearable sewage smell in the ski room, making the area unusable.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean, well decorated, good rooms with nice view. Good facilities, nice spa area, ski in/out. shuttles to to/from the city center. Good breakfast, quiet area.

I was here in 2018 and 2019 and I had a very good experience with this hotel so I booked again this year but I have to admit the hotel is not anymore what it used to be. WiFi was good

now you have to pay for the spa, which is also open to external…. I stayed 30 mins because looked more like a party than a spa… people 5x the capacity of the area, no way you could do a sauna or the whirlpool… super noisy due to chatting of way too many people (as admitted by the receptionist/…)… it was also cold Room was cold too, 15 Celsius and it did not heat till I left… i slept with sky fleece and thermal ski gear Restaurant manager is rude and unprofessional. Not sure how he can work in the hospitality business at a 4 star hotel!!! I feel very bad for some of the very nice employee I interacted that have to work under him… Reception is unresponsive sometimes. Check out took 20 minutes for some issue like printing an invoice… I was the only one checking out in that moment at 7 am No full mirror in room, no table, no body wash, no tissues, no heat as per above, no hooks to hang towels, short hairdryer cable… not really a week managed 4 star You have to pay parking too Breakfast is just good

Really enjoyable week in a lovely hotel.

It was excellent ski in ski out location, perfect for getting on the slopes. A 15 min walk to the centre but had regular minibuses running to/from hotel if you didn’t fancy the walk. Good breakfast, nice helpful staff, clean comfortable rooms. We would definitely go back.

Great skiing trip!

Location on the slopes where we could ski in ski out in the middle of April. Great spa area with sauna, warm swimming pool and beautiful views, for additional charge however. Generous breakfasts served in restaurant with views on the surrounding mountains. Only 5 mins to city center by car. Absolutely friendly and helpful staff, especially Ms Maria the reception manager who took care of all our needs and advised us on the skiing passes and possibilities.

Parking and spa are xtra charged and one has to calculate it in the final total cost of the stay. This is just the business model you have to know while booking the place

Overpriced and mediocre hotel with easy reach to slopes

Location was good, easy to ski in and ski out. Walk to the village is too heavy to do everyday and but the shuttle system is okay, although it got full in peak hours.

Facilities were quite poor. Not high quality in anything. Restaurant is bad, don't eat for lunch or dinner, there is better places in the village.

I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel room with an excellent location on a ski slope. While the room wasn't particularly spacious, it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What really stood out to me during my time at this hotel was the incredible hospitality and welcoming attitude of the staff. They truly went above and beyond to make sure that I had a great experience. One of the highlights of this hotel was its location right on the ski slope. It was incredibly convenient to be able to step out of my room and onto the slopes. The feeling of being able to ski out directly from the hotel was simply unbeatable. I also appreciated the effort the hotel put into maintaining the slopes - they were always in excellent condition. The breakfast provided by the hotel was decent, although not particularly memorable. It had a good variety of options to choose from, but nothing stood out as exceptional. However, given the convenience of being able to quickly grab a bite to eat before hitting the slopes, it was perfectly adequate.

I was disappointed with a few aspects of my stay at the hotel. Firstly, I was not pleased that the spa was not included in the price, despite the fact that it was advertised on the website and noted as an additional charge in the fine print. This was not what I was expecting and it definitely impacted my overall experience at the hotel. In addition, I was frustrated to discover that the parking fee was not communicated to me prior to my arrival. As a guest, I believe it's reasonable to expect that all charges associated with my stay would be disclosed upfront, so that I could make an informed decision about whether or not to book. While there were certainly some positive aspects of my stay, such as the great location and friendly staff, the fact that the spa and parking were not included in the price left a negative impression. As a customer, I hope that hotels can be more transparent about additional charges in order to avoid any confusion or disappointment for guests in the future.

Exceptional view and service

The hotel is in a very good location, right on the ski slope. You can ski all the way down to the ski room, which is equipped with heated boxes for ski equipment. The rooms are modernly furnished, clean and warm. The view through the windows is very impressive. Breakfast is especially abundant, very tasty and varied. The spa area is paid separately. I missed the variety of saunas, there is only one small sauna. The pool is great. The staff is extremely helpful. Thank you very much Maria for your help, quick response and very nice service. We also thank the driver Dima for the good service. I hope to come back here again.

the best ski holiday my family has ever had! we will be back next season!

having read a few negative reviews, we didn’t know what to expect, but I have to say this hotel is superb, the service from all the staff was excellent, my daughter is gluten intolerant and the waiting staff went out of there way to provide her with a range of gluten free options. The hotel is clean, warm, the spa facilities are excellent, yes they cost 25 euros for 2 hours but considering the views and location this is a fair price , total luxury! The breakfast buffet has to be seen! so much choice! from smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, Prosecco, full English, pastries , croissant, pancakes, waffles , breads of all kinds, cheeses, fresh fruits, fresh juices , cakes , snacks to take away, real value for money! evening food was fantastic too. the ski in ski out is perfect, straight on to the piste, room service, unbelievable views of the resort! a shuttle bus to take you in and out of town, it really has it all! I will be recommending this place to friends and any body else’s that’s wants a fuss free luxury ski holiday. ski pass and hire all available at the hotel. well done White angel! fantastic!
