Only 100m from the ski lifts, and right in the middle of town. Perfect location.

Bathrooms were very small, showers were tiny. The boot room is pretty cramped too, but with headgear boot warmers. But as place to be for a three night ski trip it was perfect.

Extremely poor value for money.

The croissants were OK. Friends staying in other hotels joined me for dinner which was very good.

Very limited choice for breakfast. Eggs and bacon cold. 2 tinned fruits. Everything was of poor quality. Had to unplug the kettle before you could use the toaster. Staff didn't turn up one morning until 8.00am. The whole place is in desperate need of refurbishment. Old, mismatched tatty furniture everywhere. A chair in the bedroom broke when I leant back on it. The supposed 'wellness' area was poor. Control for shower broken, nowhere to hang a towel or clothes.

Very nice, great value in late summer season

Very nice hotel and facilities and great value for money at the price paid (admittedly out of the main season). Hotel upgraded me to a double room from the single I had booked which was very kind.

Location can’t get better. Front staff and foh is polite and helpful. Rooms are nice, good size and nice wooden terrace that faces main road and mountains view.

Breakfast quality and breakfast room. The room needs to be tidy up, refurbished. Quality of cheese, cold cuts, eggs and bread is questionable. Would be better to have less choice, but of a better quality, instead of lots of things. Toilet in the room is quite dated and shower plasticky and tiny.

A wonderful perfect ski hotel - super location with great staff!!

The staff and the location of this hotel are amazing!!! The staff are wonderful and so very attentive. The food was fabulous too with a 100m walk to the lift!

The basement which include the sauna, steam room and ski room could be made much better

Shuttle to ski funivia that was advertised at booking was not available and this was very disappointing (had to walk there with skis and such) as most surrounding hotels had a shuttle van

The position is as good as it can get, a two minutes walk from the ski slopes which allows you to walk directly from the hotel to the slopes. It’s also in the hearth of the village which is convenient for restaurants and shops
