It was very nice but wish sauna worked.

Disappointing.Hotel looks good on the surface but the rooms don’t function practically for a ski resort & don’t offe

The staff are the only good thing about this hotel. However they are not supported or given what guests require hence this list of complaints. Good boot room tho . Dinner was good ( we ate twice ) but breakfast not.

Supposed to be 4 star. It’s not. Noisy , noisy. First floor means you get the noise from the restaurant till late. Then the scrapping of tables & chairs from the breakfast buffet set up from 7 am. So we were moved to a second floor room . Right opposite the sister hotel that blares music till 2 am on a Saturday. Street noise is constant. The buffet breakfast is poor. You have to eat your cereal out a large cup. The scrambled eggs are cold & congealed by 8.30 ( breakfast finishes at 9.30). It’s rarely restocked. We heard several other guests commenting on the same. Then to add insult to this you have to pay 5 Euros for an omelette which we weren’t told on check in. Also no fresh fruit selection. This is not acceptable for a 4 star hotel having paid nearly 3000 Euros already. Pillows are terrible , like lumps of rock but lovely room maids found us 2 softer ones. Some of the staff are exhausted ( & told us so ) , finishing at midnight & starting again at 6 am. I wouldn’t let my kids do that. Unacceptable. As for the rooms the second room was almost dark with one light so had to get a table lamp & they put in a chest of drawers so we could put stuff away. Couldn’t see anything in the mirror in bedroom or into the wardrobe it was so dark. Ridiculous. Owner & manager need to look at what your guests need & how the room functions. Unable to control temperature of shower either scalding or freezing & no bath mat so very slippery & dangerous. We raised these issues with the staff who did their best , but the owner seems more interested in showing his art in the hotel rather than the facilities of the rooms . Might as well have booked a 2 star hotel .

Hotel is located in center close to free parking. Very good breakfast. Wi-Fi with fast connection. Staff professional snd ready to help and propose some attraction. Bed was good.

Very nice, shame we couldn’t ski much (mountain closed due to the massive amount of snow fall 17/18 April!)

Location is fantastic, lovely decor, breakfast was fab, and lunch was exceptional.

Would be nice if tea/coffee was available in your room. Bathroom a little dark.

Great hotel with friendly staff, cosy rooms and perfect location

Great location. Close to the slopes. Quiet rooms. Good storage for skiis. Wellness area with sauna was good addition. (Please consider adding a gym). Breakfast was also good, with different options. Friendly and helpful staff

Vacum the rooms more often. To avoid sand spreading. Check and fix the showerheads.

Breakfast was great aside from the coffee. The restaurant for dinner was lovely.

Location is one of the best in the village, staff was friendly and helpful, large heated ski lockers

The room size of the "three bedroom suite" was too small, I highly doubt it is 50sqm as advertised, would not recommend to book it for four people. Poor lighting in the room and subpar WiFi There's no mountain view. Private entrance? Desk? I do not mind but why put it in the description? Breakfast is minimal, not what you would expect from a 4-star Italian hotel

Few days skiing

There is very interesting design of the hotel. Location is perfect - 100m from ski lift. The staff is very friendly, sauna well prepared, and restaurant - one of the best in town.

Room was tiny, but I guess this myst be kind of standard in the ski resorts and older hotels. Breakfast is tasty but … limited choice, on 5th day you may want just to skip it. There is only public parking available - be carefull - you can get ticket if you leave your car on Monday between 9-11AM while they’re plowing snow.

Not really a 4 star hotel. More like a 3 star hotel.

The location was good. Close to the lifts.

- The breakfast was poor. The brewed Coffee was very watery. The cheese was dry. No vegetables. No Bacon. Not a breakfast worthy a 4 star hotel. - Small rooms with too much furniture and nowhere to put your big suitcases. - There was a bad sewage smell in the basement and in the stairs. - Not soundproof walls. You could hear the neighbours.

Very enjoyable, would return

This is a very nice hotel with great staff and in a perfect location for the slopes and main town. Beds were comfy although the three bedroom suite is smaller than what we thought it would be. I would definitely stay here again although would continue to eat breakfast out as the choice was very limited.

The Breakfast was very poor,only 2 kind of eggs,some ham and cheese, 1 kind croissant and 3 kind koflex. The reason i mention that is the restaurant that take place the breakfast at night is a very expensive restaurant. Poor breakfast(2 star hotel) not for 4 star hotel
