Cozy lovely location near Materhorn

Lovely host, also offered to make sandwiches when we left. The room was clean and cozy, really good value for money, good coffee in the morning and fair breakfast.

The bathroom a bit small, and even the breakfast offered enough, with a lot of diversity, I think a bit it can be improved, maybe some fresh pastry, and more diversity with eggs and meat, some scrambeled eggs would be really nice.

Value stay in Cervinia, good location if at the right price

Reception area is like the family’s living room- TV area. Feels like you are a part of the family, if you like that sort of thing. Breakfast is satisfactory but I agree with other reviewers. Clearly management doesn’t read these reviews or care. Good central location

Smell of smoke periodically permeates the reception area due to smoke from street or balconies Paper thin doors. Noise from reception/TV lounge No Mountain views, in spite of description in room type. Hotel surrounded by other buildings. No rooms have any attractive views. No safety deposit box, in spite of description in room type. Management says they are not needed. Toilet squeezed. No place to put your knees! Ergonomically insane Get what you pay for, so don’t overpay, then it’s ok. Breakfast was just satisfactory. Didn't appreciate the rotten fruit. Staff doesn't speak much English

Nice 3* in great location

Good location, near restaurants and shops. Rooms are renovated and look like in picture. Breakfast is ok, with cereals, some cold cuts and cakes. Parking in premises.

Room door and walls let all noises through. So earplugs are recommended. Reception and restaurant are a little outdated.

Rooms were nicely decorated, and a good size. There was parking available with the hotel. Great location in the centre of town. Very close to the chair lifts.

HORRRIBLE HOTEL - ASSAULTED BY HOTEL STAFF

The hotel staff member physically assaulted my husband and me after asking why we need to leave our keys at the front. Unfortunately it's exactly how it sounds, yes we asked why and the hotel staff member just started shouting and putting his hands in my face until he reached for my pouch aggressively to reach for the key. My husband immediately got in between and tried to hold a conversation with the individual asking him why he is reverting to physically assaulting us. Apparently, he was already upset that yesterday we did not leave our key so instead of communicating he immediately reverted to violence. We had no idea he was already upset and did not intend to upset him more, but even so it is no excuse to intimidate a 24 year old girl who clearly opposed no threat or unwillingness to cooperate.

The glass shower door exploded with my daughter in it cutting her hands, feet and a scratch on her face as well. I haven't even received a word of apologize.

Lovely and comfortable central hotel

Lovely hotel with very comfortable rooms; soft, comfy beds, clean bathroom with plenty of hot water, newly refurbished. Breakfast was simple but exactly what we needed ahead of a ski day. Very convenient location for lifts and in-town restaurants. Would definitely stay here again

Staff did not make much effort to be friendly, although may be due to language barrier. Some noise unfortunately travelled through from reception into our bedroom and disturbed us in evenings and early mornings.

The location was great! In the middle of the resort, close to the ski lifts. There is a ski storage room in the hotel. The room was very clean. The staff is helpful, though they speak only Italian or French.

Non ci siamo proprio. Da evitare decisamente

l'unica cosa positiva è la posizione, molto centrale, cento metri (in leggera salita) e sei sugli impianti. Per il resto tutto davvero pessimo. Entrando c'è un fetore terribile di cucinato, cosa che potrebbe essere risolta con l'installazione di una cappa o banalmente facendo cambiare l'aria ai locali. La colazione con prodotti di discount è poco più che sufficiente. Quando chiedi qualcosa alla proprietaria sembra sempre ti faccia una cortesia. L'atteggiamento è quello di una alla quale da fastidio la tua presenza. Rapporto qualità prezzo davvero insufficiente.

La prima cosa che dovrebbe cambiare è l'accoglienza. Un sorriso ogni tanto farebbe piacere, sembra di stare in una camera mortuaria. Le stanze non sono moderne, solo il bagno presenta dei segni di ristrutturazione anche se non recenti, ma lascia tutto molto a desiderare, dalla pulizia, praticamente assente (I pavimenti sono veramente molto sporchi, le suppellettili e le mensole sono piene di polvere) al cambio degli asciugamani. La camera mediamente è abbastanza fredda. I materassi sono sfondati, confesso di essermi regolarmente alzato con il mal di schiena. Gli armadi mancano di cassetti dove conservare i vestiti ma ci sono solo grucce. Gli spazi comuni sono insufficienti e vecchieggianti. In struttura è presente un deposito sci ma non possono essere asciugati gli scarponi. Non riesco davvero a capire da dove arrivino le recensioni positive, probabilmente dal grosso numero di turisti inglesi, i quali sono probabilmente abituati a standard alberghieri diversi.
