Great value for a ski focused experience

Top notch location very short walk to the ski lift. Nice little free breakfast

Breakfast was basic as was the accommodation but it was central for ski in and ski out. The weather was great with fresh

Central to ski lifts, cafe and restaurants were really close. The restaurant attached to it served really nice well optioned meals.

The main room was ok but the twin bedroom off the main bedroom was very small with no room to move at all for 4 adults. The wet room was down a set of stairs. The room needs to have an outside entry/exit door for ski changes to ensure everyone’s safety. Wearing ski boots wet or dry going up and down stairs is not safe.

Lovely and attentive staff. Location is premium for reaching the ski shops and lifts. The restaurant food was of very good standard with balanced prices considering the place.

Central Hotel close to shops and restaurants, skirentals and lifts. Beautiful view of Matterhorn. Clean rooms and nice breakfast. Host Rita is the most friendly, welcoming, warm and caring host. We are already looking forward to next year.

great week ski ing with lots of snow and sun

good position in town. very friendly staff especially rita the receptionist. very comfortable big double bed. hot water and shower very good.

The bar, the staff, the location and the overall good vibe of the hotel.

Breakfast was about the only thing I would suggest could be improved. It's okay but lacks options of hot food like scrambled eggs and bacon.

A jewel right in town!

Incredible location, minute walk to the nearby chairlift. Bars, restaurants and ski rental shops all at doorstep. Beautiful views from the terrace! The sweetest staff, Mariapia and Rita, were so warm. Mariapia was excellent at communicating before we arrived, and Rita gave great suggestions for food and going out. They were also kind enough to pack us a breakfast as we had an early departure.

Location, friendly staff. We arrived before the check in and we were allowed to leave our luggages and also wait in the common area till our room is ready. We also requested a room with mountain view and we got it, it was very nice from the staff to accommodate our request.

Breakfast was very little, just a coffee with brioche. The walls were quite thin since we could hear our neighbors screaming and running on the floor but it's not the hotel's fault.
