Family ski trip

Spa was much needed after a day on the slopes! Transfer to the slopes made things much easier

Lovely and romantic escape for two

The room and the view to the Matterhorn were lovely. The bed was comfy with crispy bedsheets. The breakfast was good - big choice of sweet (croissants, cakes, home-made cookies, dry and fresh fruits, muesli) and salty options (eggs, ham, cheese). We also tried the dinner menu and it was quite tasty (35€/person). We would like especially note the staff who was serving the food. Free use of SPA in the hotel is an additional plus- sauna, turkish bath, jacuzzi and relax area for a great relaxation after skiing.

Bad smell in the corridors, elevator and especially at -1 floor.

Relaxed atmosphere. Very helpful staff. Central location. Walking distance to chairlifts and the hotel ran a shuttle to the cable car station. Great lounge and bar.

Location was good. On edge of village but as village is small it made no difference. Restaurant was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Staff very friendly. Minibus ski service great.

Comfortable, cozy, and well located.

Homey living room and the place in general. lovely fireplace. We were treated well by the staff in this family run hotel.

Dated facilities on edge of town, OK for a no-frills one night stay.

The rooms were spacious enough and the beds were comfy.

We can overlook the fact that the facilities are dated, but two things disappointed. Travel with kids we need a bathtub, but once we filled the one in the room, all sorts of nasty stuff (pieces of plastic, hair, black bits) came out of the jacuzzi vents. Needless to say, we didnt let our kids take a bath. Also, we wanted to use the sauna/jacuzzi faciltiies of the hotel at 4pm, but were told (arbitrarily imo) that we cannot take the kids at that time anymore. Nowhere was this prior specified.
