Old but gold spot!

The staff was really helpful. The rooftop sauna was great, not crowded and always clean. Huge parking space in front of the hotel. The service to the ski cabins was prompt. The breakfast was rich enough (hope they change their coffee, though). I was so happy to get some special plant-based treats for breakfast. Huge thank you to all the hotel team!

Amazing stay and amazing hotel

Amazing food and restaurant staff. Very welcoming reception and spa teams. Spa is of very high quality. Transfer and logistics is well organized. Locker is clean, all driers were working - definitely made with love to sport. This hotel feels like home, where you will always be welcomed.

Friendly high quality service

The staff were so attentive and pleasant it made it such an enjoyable experience. Great location that you can wonder into town or get the short ride in the hotel van to and from the lift. All very simple.

Disappointed - positive reviews were misleading in our experience

Great staff. Good shuttle service to ski lifts. Convenient location. Good ske storage area.

Breakfast was poor. Food often left for several days and bad quality (e.g. cakes). Rooms didn't have basic amenities such as kettle, cups, tea, etc. We had to ask for it and they provided. We expected more for the price. We tried to check-out earlier as wife was feeling unwell in the room (trouble breathing), but owner refused to give us a refund on compassionate grounds. Really disappointed in the owner but the other staff were great.

Very poor wifi , was unable to connect my iPad in my room for the duration of our stay. Also disliked needing to login in constantly with the same password often multiple times in minutes . The spa was not so great, cold pool/jacuzzi A better breakfast for my vegan daughter would have been appreciated, some mushrooms and cooked tomatoes would have been welcome and some sort of vegan spread. Our room was also rather dated, with our bed in a dark cupboard far from the windows and fresh air.

Don't waste your money if you earn it hard.

-Shuttle to lifts and shuttle drivers were awesome guys. -Matterhorn view. -Central Hotel -Private parking space -Breakfast was meh...

Well there are a lot of facts which is a reason we will never choise this hotel. First reason is that it's an ski hotel and must be able to heated up quickly. When you came back from slopes (- 10 OR -15 degreees) you are expecting to find a warmed room or warm the room quickly. And when you complain about to the staff they're telling you that "Sir your room is already 22". Sorry but it's like joking answer. Everytime when you complain about something they're trying to find an excuse instead of find a solution for it. Total price was too much for that kind of hotel which is not including Dinner. Dinner is 20 Euros for per person/day which is quite high. SPA WAS COLD ! . Yes you did not read wrong. SPA is build just for the sake of conversation . They said there is Turkish Bath and when you go there there is a ceramic seat with showerhead! and only 1 person can use it. Jacuzzi is not a real jacuzzi and water is cold. Two young masssager girls were very kind and smiling but there was an old women in charge she was literraly "Dolores Umbridge" and voice tone was impolite when she is asking to do something. SPA WAS A DISASTER! Only positive side is 2 of sunbeds are with the matterhorn view if you can catch it idle. Log fire was able to use by max 2 persons. And it's always occupied if you are late or used slopes until deadline. Hotel is for old people who have less expectation for this price. But i advise you to pay same price to Turkey Hotels and see how is Turkish Bath SPA and Log Fire which can be used by 20 people at least. Lobby furniture was uncomfortable and old. Housekeeping is leaving stuff to bath FOR ONLY ONE PERSON! . Omg lol. And IMPORTANT ADVISE: Ask for price if you ask for ANY personal request because they'Re pretending like they will do it for free and they will charge you a high price.

Ski weekend

Staff were very friendly and helpful, made the ski trip very easy by sorting out ski passes and offering shuttle to lifts. Communal areas were great, we loved the fireplace. Spa facilities were also very welcome after a day on the slopes.

Bedroom decor could have been better, to match the high standard of the communal areas. Sound travel between rooms which woke us regularly.
