Excellent -Friendly Hotel – Highly Recommended!
This hotel was an outstanding choice for our vacation with our 3- and 6-year-old children, for several reasons.
First, the hotel staff is exceptionally. Every interaction we had exceeded our expectations. In particular some members of the staff, Enrico, Marco, Verónica, Martin and Carmen went above and beyond to support us at every moment. They attended to small details, showed genuine care for our children. ❤️
Second, the location is perfect. It’s just a block and a half from the ski lifts, where you can also rent equipment. When traveling with kids, short distances are crucial so they don’t get tired and can enjoy their time comfortably.
The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and the common areas are beautiful with every detail thoughtfully considered. The ski room for storing equipment is essential and extremely practical. Breakfast is excellent, completing a truly wonderful experience.
We also enjoyed the massages with Tiziana, both the aroma massage and the ski recovery massage were incredible.
We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be coming back next year. Many thanks to the whole team for making our vacation so special!

Amazing spa with hot pool and sauna. The breakfast was great. Everything was nice. Seriously, for a 4 star hotel, it over delivers.
My room was very hot because apparently someone that stayed before me ask for a 29 C. It took me 2 days to discover that I had to ask at the reception to chance the room temperature. They could have warn me this or they could set a standard temperature for new guests.

Good location
Heating was broken and leaked water all over our clothes - just generally a bit poo
4.0 / 10.0
Hotel is very well placed and close to the ski lifts but not much else to add.
When we visited, the hotel did not seem to be ready to receive guests. Rooms were not fully equipped (hangers missing, toiletries, bins, soap and so on), the facilities were not functional (none of the sauna's was functional, temperature of the water int he pool was low) and the ski room had to be fully open and exposed + heating was not working. Breakfast was average at best. Rooms could really use an uplift. All in all a disappointing experience and not close to a 4 star hotel.

Location and staff friendliness
When we arrived, there was no toilet paper in our bathroom.
The shower / tap pressure in the bathroom was a pathetic dribble. We reported it twice but had no feedback nor any solution.
The breakfast was very poor. Fruit selection negligible. Cereal selection negligible. Yogurt selection negligible. Hot food selection on one morning was empty and was not replenished for 20 mins. In any event, when present, it was presented in cast iron pots which were not kept warm.

It was in the perfect location. Very clean, great breakfast and the spa was a lovely addition. The views from the balcony were breathtaking.
The tv remote was missing from our room. Luckily we weren’t there to sit in our room and watch tv all day, but we did pay for the service. It took us 3 times to ask the staff where the remote was before they finally told us the previous guests had lost it. When you pay for a service and you don’t get it, you’re usually compensated for it I.e. a drink at the bar.

The location is perfect, very clean hotel and lovely staff.
The shower is our room was awful and the safe broke.

The rooms were cleaned well. The hotel is in the centre of the down close to the lifts.
The room was old fashioned, badly equipped and not of a required std for this class of hotel. Paper cups, no glasses, no tea/coffee, no bottle opener. A bathroom that is cramped with a shower that you can’t get under.
Breakfast was very poor. The hot food was cold, the service was non existent and the lighting was so bad you could see what you were eating.
We booked dinner for one evening and arrived to find the dining room shut up and deserted. No one seemed to care.
The hotel had been refurbed and had reopened two weeks before. It really needs to up it’s game if it is to succeed.

Excellent staff and facilities, the buffet breakfast was amazing.
Sound insulation in the room isn’t great.

Refurbishment of lobby area is nice. Breakfast far better since new hotel owner.
Bar: expensive! And no more beer on tap, what is what you are looking for after skiing… only bottles of beer starting from 11eur.
Need to pay now for parking or garage. Late check-out also charged, but not late enough for returning from the slopes. Latest is 3pm.

Location to lifts and town centre were excellent. As was Anna on reception!
Good breakfast. Easy access to ski locker, which was lockable.
Ski locker was small for 2. Room was ok but only one small bin, no coffee cups or tea/coffee provided despite a kettle being in the room.
Communal area’s excellent but dark.
5.0 / 10.0
location was just 3 minutes to the slopes
bed was really comfy
The lockers and boot heaters in the ski room weren’t working.
Spa sauna was broken, and they had zero slippers to offer.
Breakfast felt like reheated supermarket stuff, nothing fresh.
Room only had 2 hangers, no trash can, and no glasses.
Air was painfully dry—we had to hang wet towels to cope.
Hotel restaurant menu was so small we ate out instead.

Staff are very friendly and breakfast are acceptable. Coffee are properly prepared not just machine coffee. Room is cleaned every day.
Room is quite dark and warm. In hot summer days we woke up a few time during the night because it was too warm in the room, even though we already fully opened the windows.

The location is sublime.
The hotel is a bit dated, but very clean and comfortable:

Staff very friendly.
Cervinia is a nice resort - it wasn’t too busy despite being Easter holidays and the restaurants we visited were outstanding. Affordable too as far as ski resorts go.
The hotel has maintenance issues in public areas as well as bedrooms. The bedrooms are small and with an overflowing shower and an open wardrobe design I wasn’t a fan.
The main drive way leading to the front door is a mess with loose broken tiles.
The
Cleanliness is an issue in wellness area and the ski in ski out claim isn’t really the case.
The room rate suggests a much better standard of product and I fear that we won’t return to this property. It isn’t anything special and the price would buy you a better experience elsewhere.

Modern and very close to the slopes. Great help from the reception

Superb location for access to the slopes and the town. Friendly staff
Pool is only open from 3pm which is a shame. Also the smell of drains outside the pool area is unfortunate.

Six times in this hotel in the last 2 years before this time. Unfortunately I made mistake in booking dates. Do not expect comprehension or any support, you are a number and you paid, that's it.

I’ve never had better value for money. Great staff, great room and the most amazing beautiful surroundings.
This has nothing to do with the hotel, but just so others know. The food in the city is quite overrated and overpriced considering the quality. It’s good food, nothing wrong, but also nothing special.

Outdated rooms needs renovation…..

Breakfast room was good. Staff welcoming on arrival and each day. They replaced the safe in the room (which was broken on arrival). A special mention to the bar staff who were absolutely excellent and efficient.
bed linen was tired and ripped. A minor point but staff offered to buy ski pass for us, but insisted we pay a deposit for those in cash and would not add the sum to the room account.

smell, tired, spa hours restricted, room didn’t get cleaned every day. staff a bit grumpy.

Ver nice hotel with great facilities and a very good breakfast. Super convenient for the slopes with its own ski rental shop in the basement ski room. Nice pool and spa area for apres ski relaxation. We had our room upgraded to a family room and they have a great late check out policy - 10 euro per hour after normal checkout time - great if you want to keep room on last day to get some extra skiing in.
Only gripe was a feint sewage smell in the reception we had for a couple of days - they seemed to have fixed it by the time we left.

The food at Hotel Europe is generally not good enough for a 4-star Hotel. Scrambled eggs made from some kind of powder product not eatable. Crappy, dry bread for breakfast. We ate in the restaurant on the first night. Ok starters, but absolutely crappy beef and pasta. AND in generally waiters should learn not to cough in their hands and then continue to handle cutlery and food. Happened every day, come on!

very well located at the top of main street two minutes walk to chair lifts, breakfast was very well laid out no shortage of food. the wellness centre was lovely and the staff at reception were very polite
the room advertised in pictures wasn’t the room we got, it was a much older room. I requested two separate beds for adults, first bed was perfect second was a camp bed with a wafer tin mattress very uncomfortable.
unfortunately they only give you one pass for locker room and if your not back at the same time as the person you share your room with it’s a pain in the ass.

It was a very pleasant stay
The hot water in the shower in one of the rooms didn't work well, and this is not fun to shower in cold water after a day of skiing .
The stuff couldn't help even after we told then about the problem
