Too expensive for what you get .

Very close to lift . Really close actually

No parking . Breakfast it’s ok and very busy in the morning with coffee ordinary. Rooms are nosy and you can ear other drunk guests . Occasional smell of sewage . Dinner below average for what you pay.

The hotel has a perfect location - very close to the ski lifts. The room was good, with most useful things and amenities. The hotel has breakfast restaurant, bar, ski room and changing room.

There is only paid parking nearby (it's not hotel's fault). The breakfast is good, although rather the same everyday.

Located in a lovely town, with a chilled vibe and the Matterhorn towering above. Hotel within a few metres of the cable car to Plateau Rosa, which is an absolute must -do experience. Rooms clean with simple wooden decor.

Unpleasant sewage smell pervading hotel - was told by staff member it was related to the weather? Room very basic - hotel more of a hostel really. Shower almost too small to move in - banged my elbows a few times! Our breakfast was included but food was not fresh and seemed like they were closing up even with an hour to go - would certainly not pay for it. Staff efficient if not friendly, other than the bar man.

Incredible Matterhorn Views for Sunrise & Sunset, Wonderful Experience, Value for the Money!

Wonderful experience & this was the second time we came back to stay. Cozy room with fantastic Matterhorn views for sunrise & sunset. Buffet style breakfast. Free car parking nearby the Terminal Bus Station. Property right next to the cable car & you can take to the top of Matterhorn! Highly recommended!

We had a great time, the staff is polite and helpful and the room was beautiful.

The property is extremely beautiful, you have a wonderful view from the front porch and from the room.

We were not that happy with the lack of diversity for the breakfast which honestly did not offer much and also the dinner menu is a bit scarce (we were there in the off season so maybe it is different in other times of the year) and so we ended up never eating dinner at the hotel but rather at other restaurants in town.

Amazing value for money, great service, and perfect location.

Really good value! We stayed for one night in mid-May and thought that the price was really really good because the room was nice with good lighting options and modern, updated decor with lots of places to hang things (like ski clothing). The bed was super comfortable. For the price, the food matched.

There was a little bit of a mildew smell in the room.

Good base to explore Cervinia’s trails

Excellent location with incredible view of the mountains.

There seemed to be double standards, one with the parking, with certain guests able to park right by the hotel and others having to park by the gondola (five minute walk-not ideal with luggage). This also seemed the case at breakfast where some guests were offered coffee from the “bar” and others simply ushered to the buffet coffee. Lifts are outdated and very thin walls-you can hear everything.

Good location, Fantastic Matterhorn views, Value for money !

Perfect location right next to gondola and cable car, free parking nearby, excellent buffet style breakfast, staffs very helpful & friendly. We booked the suite room with private entrance lifts direct to the room and get the fantastic Matterhorn views for sunrise & sunset. Wonderful experience and definitely come back again! Highly recommend.

Unbeatable staff and location.

Every single member of staff we spoke to was amazing. We travelled with our dog and they were really welcoming and kind to him too. There were only a few guests staying the night we stayed but they still laid on a full breakfast and let us take our time (eggs, bacon, waffles, croissants, fresh fruit, yoghurt, biscuits, cakes, cereals, pancakes…!!!). Location is unbeatable, right next to ski lift and large free parking. Apres ski area is cool and comfortable with a pool table and a nice mountain view.

Staff unwilling to help when we ran to trouble with the e-bike rental company that they worked with and recommended.

great comfortable and convenient spot for affordable lodging in Cervinia

perfect location right by gondola, ski in/ski out. simple but clean and comfortable rooms with practical details taken care of like lots of hooks to hang ski clothes. ski rental on site was also very convenient

breakfast was decent but it would be nice to have eggs made to order - still there was plenty of coffee, fresh food, very satisfying
