Great location, spacious rooms and kind staff

The location is excellent, right next to ski rental shop, walking distance of lifts, shops and restaurants. The rooms are really spacious, more like a suite than a hotel room. Breakfast is really good and staff are super friendly and helpful.

As a suggestion, if some small changes were made it would create a more generous impression, such as providing slippers/ robes, refilling coffees and teas, providing small welcome snack (like biscuits), making beds up. Also in our opinion it’s a mistake to close the bar to non hotel guests. The bar which we’ve visited previously as non guests had an excellent and classy atmosphere, but now it’s just very quiet and not as fun to visit for pre-dinner drinks anymore.

Great location on main street, but peaceful as traffic free. Wonderful helpful staff, fab breakfast buffet. Nice apartment, balcony with Matterhorn views. Cosy evening cocktail lounge with lovely nibbles

Positive experience at Le Samovar Guest House where attention to detail is evident

We really liked the Samovar guest house. Nice ambience with attention to details. Breakfast buffet was just right, quality over quantity. Their tea selection is fabulous and the after ski made it hard to leave the comfy sofa and great choice of music. Staff is polite, helpful and very professional. We would gladly recommend Le Samovar if considering a stay in Cervinia.

Everything was simply PERFECT, one of the best hotel experience I had. The suite was so cute and clean, the bar downstairs so coozy and warm! Paolo is the best host! He helped us and accomodated any request, so professionaly and with great passion. Amazing location: Le Samovar is 1 minute walking from the chairlift and exactly in the city centre. Very nice restaurants nearby (duly reccomended by Paolo). Possibility to park the car in the private parking (upon payment). If doing a high-quality tourism is an art, Paolo is an artist. I will come back for sure, super reccomended! Thanks again Paolo!

What a gem of a place to stay.

Paulo and Lewis were fabulous hosts and we had a lovely stay. The breakfasts were amazing and we enjoyed the afternoon teas and cocktails in the bar. Everything about Samovar was top notch and we will definitely return.

Characterful and comfortable - a real gem.

Great location for town and ski lifts. We could ski to within 30 metres at the end of the day. We had a family room with a double bedroom and two singles in the main area - perfect for a family of 4. Fabulous breakfast with lots of choice.

beautiful property and a really cool hotel. fantastic location, great cocktails and an amazing tisana collection. staff were excellent and with me being GF, they went out their way to ensure I had a wonderful breakfast, with plenty of choice, which is very hard to come by. will definitely be back, next time we are in Cervinia.

Paolo, Luis and the staff were easy going, súper helpful and gave us great recommendations. They made us feel comfortable and it wasn't hard, Since the atmosphere of the place was so Vintage, calm and relaxing. Definately the best choice we made, would come again for sure!

Drinks in bar and mini bar expensive Strange atmosphere in the bar one evening - music turned off. We asked for it to be turned back on thinking it was an oversight and we’re just told no. People drank up and left including us. Every other night, the atmosphere in the bar was great-relaxed and cosy.

Lovely place lovely staff lovely area

Our stay was great, the staff were perfect, the room was clean and comfortable and large, and it was in a good location. Unfortunately I would have expected on-site hotel areas to be open such as the bar and lounge area. It felt like instead of booking a hotel I booked an Apartment in a building so it lacked the hotel atmosphere I had thought I had booked (communal areas were closed as it was inter season which is understandable)

Parking was confusing - it would be very helpful to receive some information about parking prior to arrival because we wasted time figuring it out. Luckily the lovely lady did help us. Because it was september the bar and reception and hôtel communal areas were all closed so it felt a bit sad. I had purposefully chosen this place for the hotel amenities (such as on-site bar) and there was no atmosphere. However for breakfast I got to see the communal areas and they were very cosy and nice. Breakfast was very good overall but due to covid you can’t help yourself, instead having the staff prepare everything for you which takes some time…

Ci siamo sentiti accolti

E' una struttura stupenda e molto accogliente. Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera di 40 mq con ogni tipo di comfort. La colazione è pazzesca si passa da brioche di pasticceria e pancake al salato con salumi e formaggi squisiti e freschissimi. Il personale è pronto a soddisfare tutte le richieste. Viaggiavamo con un cagnolino al seguito che qui sono realmente accettati, amati e coccolati.

Juste envie de revenir très vite!

L'hôtel est très bien situé au coeur du village. Laura, notre hôte, est absolument adorable. Elle nous a donné tout les bons conseils pour faire de notre séjour un très bon moment. Le petit déjeuner est absolument incroyable. On a envie d'y passer la journée...Nous avons trouvé le rapport qualité/ prix tout à fait remarquable. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir une prochaine année... Merci Laura!
