Best 3 star hotel I've booked in Cervinia

Breakfast is the mountain classic - eggs, bacon, toast, croissants, coffee, tea, sausages and cheese. Nothing fancy, just what you need before going up to the slopes.

Unstable internet connection, no internet in the dining hall.

lovely holiday

Esteban in the bar and breakfast lounge was very friendly and always upbeat. Elvisa was great on front desk

shame the jacuzzi was not working. The lounge area is tired and lighting unwelcoming. Need to make it a more cozy place to spend time after you come off the slopes and after supper. It 's quite cold and sterile. No reflection on the staff. They were great.

Good hotel to stay while you are on a ski vacation. Central location. Tasty breakfast. Comfy room. Nice staff.

Posizione albergo a due passi dagli impianti

Posizione veramente ottima con visuale sulla catena montuosa del Cervino e a due passi dagli impianti di risalita oltre che in pieno centro Cervinia, struttura alberghiera non attualissima ma accogliente e pratica.

Poca empatia del personale risultato un po' freddino, il mobilio delle camere avrebbe bisogno di un rinfrescata essendo ormai vecchiotto, mancanza di parcheggi essendo in pieno centro Cervinia.

Staff disponibilissimo e accogliente. Abbiamo chiesto di poter allungare di una notte per una persona, ci hanno riservato un trattamento veramente inaspettato. Buona colazione, camera piccolina ma funzionale con balcone e molto pulita e calda. Deposito sci spazioso. Per qualsiasi esigenza chiedete del direttore, gentilissimo.
