If you want value , kind people & close to slopes ! This is perfect !

We loved how warm and welcoming all the staff are , chamber maids , bar , restaurant, reception , all super helpful and friendly .

We liked it so much we would not bother looking anywhere else when we come back . Location is brilliant, close to ski hire and lifts … and couple of minutes to all the bars restaurants shops .

Good, but, needs some updating of facility

The hotel room was large with space for all our clothes. There was a nice sitting area outside the bedroom. The bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast was very good- eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, juices, fruit. The staff was very helpful.

The room and the hotel was cold all the time. The management controls the heat. There was no heat on in the daytime and only limited heat between 18:00- 21:00. Not comfortable enough. The food at dinner was adequate but just medium quality for the price. As far as the food and comfort of the hotel- value for quality was not there.

Relaxing and comfortable hotel in the centre of Cervinia

Excellent breakfast, spacious rooms and bathrooms, 2 minute walk to the ski lift and very close to the main high street. Heated ski lockers in the boot room. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Great views of the mountains (see picture)

Each bedroom has their own thermostat but we did find it quite hard to get the temperature in our bedroom right.

Very convenient place for skiing and climbing in the area

Good breakfast, rooms were comfy enough, very close to the ski lifts and town centre. Good area for ski kit storage and drying.

Staff most of the time were really great, polite and helpful but sometimes I was made to feel like I was the one imposing which is a bit of a drag when you're a paying customer. But perhaps that was just a language thing, may have been in my head entirely.
