Beautiful ski hotel with direct access to the slopes, lovely views, great breakfast.
The breakfast was fabulous and the views from the hotel restaurant of the mountains were spectacular. There was a free shuttle that took you down and back to the town or the ski lifts when you needed it. The vast majority of the staff were absolutely delightful. The indoor spa was absolutely wonderful.
The outdoor pool was very cold. So cold that it was unpleasant which is a shame as that was one of the main draws for us, but after an abortive first attempt we never used it. There was also one hotel receptionist who was actively unpleasant which was a real shame as all the other staff without exception were absolutely delightful.

We had a lovely time all over with a few not great points
Great delicious breakfast with big choice
The room was too hot to sleep and thermostat did not work. It was not explained to us that the temperature is controlled from reception we found out after 2 days. The menu option for dinner was not explained upon arrival. Last day at the spa was messy: dirty towels everywhere and water with citrus in ran out.

Amazing ski-in/ski-out resort
Principe delle Nevi is a historic ski-in/ski-out property located directly on a red slope, offering true slope access. The hotel combines contemporary, stylish design with a chic atmosphere and exceptional views of the surrounding snow-capped mountains. The staff are outstanding, consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to guest comfort. A special mention to Benjamin, Kareem, and Mustafa, who went above and beyond in assisting my family and me with transportation to and from the town center, ski rental shops, and excellent restaurant recommendations. We would stay at this property again without hesitation on our next trip to Cervinia.
