Fantastic Hotel

Wonderful accommodation, helpful friendly staff, great location and facilities. A warm, clean, beautifully decorated hotel. The location for skiing “in” is excellent, we skied back to the accommodation most days. Skiing out isn't an option, you can get directly onto the piste, from the back of the hotel (via a lift in the building) but it’s flat on that section of slope, so not much point in putting on skis or a snowboard. However, it’s a 30 second walk on the snow to the road near the gondola and cable car, so it’s a 3 min walk in in total (even in ski boots!) from the hotel to the lifts. But if you don't want to do that they also offer a shuttle service to the ski lifts. We had breakfast and dinner during our stay, I'm vegetarian and (unfortunately) celiac, a tricky combination when dining out, but they did a good job at catering for my dietary requirements. The wait staff were all helpful and friendly. The outdoor heated pool is nice, with nice views of the mountains and views down into the town, it’s not that big, so it can get quite busy at the end of the day when guests are relaxing their tired legs after a day on the slopes.. The steam room and sauna are very nice and a great thing to enjoy, to help rejuvenate the body after skiing/boarding or hiking in the summer. My husband and I both had a massage during our stay, which is also available at an additional cost.

Warm and contemporary feel, great location. The shuttle bus was brilliant, easy to use and made getting about a breeze.

Didn’t find the breakfast staff as friendly as last year. They were perfectly good at serving but missed the extra conversation and suggestions about the resort.

Luxurious, welcoming hotel, in the heart of Cervinia

Fantastic hotel, really great staff, great location, very short walk to the gondola but there is a shuttle to take you, which is very spoiling as it is such a short walk! You can skit to the door. Restaurant food is really high quality and the pool is a fantastic. You can buy your lift pass through the hotel also and rent skis directly opposite. The bedrooms require some hooks for hanging jackets / ski wear but truly an exceptional hotel. We have already booked to come back next year

Cozy Alpine hotel

Beautifully designed and cozy hotel with a stunning view of the Matterhorn. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. They offer a shuttle service to the nearest ski lift station (Plan Maison). One of the highlights for me was the wellness area—it includes a Finnish sauna, a small steam room, an outdoor hot pool (more like a jacuzzi than a pool), and refreshing cold showers enhanced with essential oils. There's also a cozy ski room where you can dry your boots on racks, store skis and poles, and each room has access to two large lockers.

Breakfast could be more varied. It’s mostly à la carte, with a very limited buffet selection. I usually just like to grab a few small things, so having sandwich bread, for example, would’ve been nice. Also, the shuttle service is not very flexible. They only drop off and pick up at one station, which is where the red slopes end. If you ski on blue slopes (all of them end near the square with a chapel), there's no pickup from that area. We had to walk uphill in full ski gear.

Perfect stay in Cervinia!

An amazing hotel. Very well finished and comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast. The pool and spa facilities were excellent. The boot room is so well located opposite the ski hire shop, and the shuttle is there waiting to take you the 2 minute drive to Plan Maison (very decadent as it would take 5 mins to walk it) and then collect you when you’re ready to come back. Very easy to buy lift passes at reception. Ideally located for a short walk into the Main Street. We can’t wait to return!

Schöner Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und man konnte sich von einer zusätzlichen Karte Eiergerichte, usw. bestellen. Die Lage war für uns großartig - nur wenige Gehminuten zum Lift und in das Zentrum. Preis-Leistung TOP!

Pyszną kawą i śniadania w stylu włoskim. B. przyjazny i pomocny personel. Świetna lokalizacja - 150 m od kolejki na Plain Maison. Wiidok na Matterhorn rano z lóżka - poezja. A po dniu na lodowcu ogrzejesz się w calkiem niezłej saunie.

Camera accogliente e staff cordiale, ma porzioni e spazi ridotti

La camera era moderna, accogliente e ben insonorizzata, anche se non molto spaziosa. Il cibo si è rivelato di buona qualità. Lo staff merita una menzione speciale: Debora è stata sempre disponibile, simpatica e attenta, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno molto piacevole. In generale, l’esperienza è stata positiva.

Le porzioni della cena sono piuttosto ridotte e la formula di mezza pensione è limitata a due portate (antipasto e primo oppure secondo) e dolce, senza buffet di verdure. Il menù resta uguale per tutta la settimana, risultando poco vario. La piscina è piccola e i balconi delle camere sono separati solo da una pianta, con conseguente scarsa privacy.

Ricordavo di aver prenotato camera con balcone ma non c’era. Il servizio di mezza pensione non mi ha convinto perché il menù è rimasto lo stesso per una settimana e siamo stati costretti ad ordinare le stesse pietanza più volte. In ogni caso la cucina ci ha soddisfatto. Piscina troppo piccola.

Très bel hôtel relaxant au pied du Cervin avec restaurant parfait

Petit déjeuner excellent. Dîner à l hôtel parfait. Le serveur Marco était particulièrement agréable et très bon conseiller pour les vins. Chambre supérieur avec terrasse vue montagne. Très confortable.

Mi è piaciuto tutto, più che una critica avrei un consiglio: nei servizi igienici comuni al piano della reception che si utilizzano in occasione di attesa check in e check out aggiungerei un Fasciatoio al momento non presente.

Toplocatie in een omgeving om van te smullen.

De locatie, het uitzicht was formidabel, een echt paradijs voor wie van de natuur en wandelen houdt.

Het veel te snel afruimen van de borden tijdens het ontbijt. Het personeel wou te goed hun best doen (overservicing). Verscheidenheid binnen het ontbijt. Als je er langer dan een week verblijft, is afwisseling welkom. Het ontbijtbuffet was wel heel lekker.

Bellissimo design e arredamento, sia di ristorante e spazi comuni che di camera e bagno, grande doccia, materiali pregiati e di ottimo gusto, legno e marmo, stile moderno-elegante-accogliente. Eccellente qualità e bontà materie prime a colazione e cena e capacità chef. Ottima posizione. Letti comodi. Pulito. Macchina caffè e bollitore Smeg. Phon Dyson. Buona insonorizzazione. Servizio navetta efficientissimo. Servizio parcheggio. Personale qualificato, gentile e disponibile. Skiroom. Piccola ma bellissima piscina in vetro con piacevole acqua ben riscaldata. Sauna e bagno turco. Angolo tisane. .

Ribadisco l' eccellente qualità e realizzazione pietanze, ma la mezza pensione ha una formula deludente soprattutto per il livello dell'hotel. Arrivare a cena e sentirsi dire che è compreso antipasto e dolce ma soltanto una portata principale, cioè o primo o secondo con contorno, e assenza totale di buffet, non mi era mai capitato nemmeno in hotel mediocri, figuriamoci in hotel di livello superiore! Assenza totale di buffet ad es. o di insalate o formaggi o pane o dolci o frutta (questa presente solo a colazione). Tutto portato al tavolo in quantità molto misurate. Va bene la politica del 'no allo spreco' ma così è eccessiva! Poi il menù, per quanto sia gourmet, è lo stesso ogni sera. Quindi se ti fermi più giorni, escludendo qualche alimento che non gradisci, ti devi ridurre a prendere le stesse portate quasi ogni sera. Diventa monotono, fermo restando eccellente qualità, bontà e realizzazione piatti. Da rivedere dessert: sembra la stessa crema di base, piuttosto insapore, riproposta quasi in ogni dessert con minime variazioni e aggiunta di sfoglia o cioccolato o altro, al momento. Piccolo centro benessere delizioso ma con enorme difetto: sprovvisto di sala e lettini relax. Ingresso piscina da terrazza esterna della spa (più adatta a stagione calda) oppure attraverso il bar interno, con doccia a vista dal bar! Un pò imbarazzante! Parcheggio esterno piccolo, di fronte ad ingresso hotel, però gestito da efficiente personale a cui lasciare chiave auto per spostamenti. Camera superior piccola, poco adatta ad una settimana bianca. Più per una toccata e fuga o viaggio di lavoro. In camera totale assenza di appendiabiti e scarsi appoggi per valigie, beauty, ecc. (Chiesto uno sgabello appoggia valigie, non fornito perché sprovvisti). In camera faretti che illuminano in maniera non omogenea e scarsa.

Вкусный ресторан и завтрак, хороший бар, очень приветливый персонал, комфортные номера. Отличное расположение рядом с подъемником, спуск прямо ко входу в отель В целом отличный отель, все очень приятно, замечания не критичны.

Маленькая зона спа- две сауны и маленький уличный бассейн с горячей водой. Сауна-хамам была сломана, температура была слишком горячей. Спа приятное и комфортное, просто маленькое и бывает лучше.
