Lovely and enjoyable stay, five star hotel but not quite five star service.

Beautiful room. Great views from communal areas and from the bedroom. Excellent and very prompt shuttle service to and from the slopes.

The waiter service at breakfast wasn’t great. At times it was difficult to find the waiters and order cooked breakfast. There website said that children under 14 were not allowed in the spa after 4pm. There were similar notices in the reception and the spa area. This policy was not enforced. There were noisy children in the spa and in the jacuzzi.

location in a quiet spot and walking distance to the village and lifts - however the hotel shuttle was available at all times anyway beautiful stylish decor and comfort of hotel and rooms. excellent breakfast lovely staff - helpful and polite

The resort is very special. It is super cozy and the staff is friendly, polite and at the same time fun to talk to. The rooms are big and have a chimney. It makes you want to stay there all day. Food and cocktails are very unique and excellent. The spa area has all the amenities and more that one expects from a spa resort.

breakfast was great, staff very good and ok restaurant

room was too noisy because next to the restaurant and under the main entrance. also the fireplace didn’t quite work right, too much smoke (yes, i’ve pulled the chain to open the small window)

The restaurant was very good. The wine list was extensive and the dishes and desserts exceed expectations. Breakfast was also very sumptuous. I had a great time at the pool after checking in, but even in late August it was a bit chilly! I recommend you to go to lake"bull"and "maen"nearby the hotel.

It's not the Hotel's fault, but I was surprised at how dry the room was.

Fantastic breakfasts, friendly staff and wonderful views.

One of the best breakfasts I have ever had in an hotel. Great selection and very generous quantities. The fresh honeycomb was a particular highlight. Without exception, the staff were all extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

The common parts of the hotel were all beautiful and tastefully decorated. However, although our apartment was very spacious and comfortable, the furniture was a little basic and the overall impression was a little chilly.

Ei meeldinud see, et broneerisin läbi Booking-u oma perele toa (2 täiskasvanut ja 3 last; 2.a , 11.a ja 14.a) ning peale esimest ööd hakkas majutusasutus mult raha juurde nõudma, kuna nende arvates on üle 8.aastased täiskasvanud ja neil sellised reeglid. Ehk soovitan antud majutusasutusega olla ettevaatlik, kui teil on lapsi, kelle vanust üla 8 aasta. Hommikusöök oli väga nigel, selliselt kohalt ootaks rikkalikumat hommikusöögi lauda
