Very nice option in Cervinia for a great ski-vacation

The ski-in, ski-out access is a real plus. The hotel’s restaurant is excellent, though reservations are required/needed in advance. The views and terraces are lovely, and the facilities are spacious and clean. The reception and spa areas offer a warm, cosy atmosphere.

The breakfast selection feels limited, and it’s slightly disappointing that fruit is only available at an additional cost.

Everything was impeccable.

A restaurant on site would have been a bonus however Bruce, the owner booked us some fabulous places close by and provided a free minibus drop off and pick up service at a moments notice.

Fantastic service and location.

We enjoyed our stay at La Cresta tremendously. The rooms are excellent, location is superb with true ski-in ski-out to the lower gondola and excellent ski- and boot room facilities. However the main reason for staying here is the exceptionally friendly and professional people who keep this place running. All wants, needs and requests were pre-empted with great solutions and we were truly made to relax and enjoy our skiing break.

Genuinely my best stay ever!

Literally everything was fabulous Service from the whole team was truly amazing, drop offs to and from the town, recommending restaurants, helping us navigate the area, and generally being incredibly accommodating, even at a moments notice. I appreciated all the touches: ski and boot room, and the staff even helping us carry our skis to the car, and being Ski in ski out is great, a few metres from the slopes, facilities are superb: the rooms had nice toiletries, plenty of towels etc available, super clean and modern. Set a new standard for service!!! (we also had a great time skiing in Cervinia)

The staff was friendly and helpful in so many ways. The rooms are large, comfortable and well equipped. Location is absolutely amazing. the best view in town. Breakfast is delivered to your door, gives a lot of flexibility in time and materials Cleaning ladies were so kind and helpful, well above and beyond the usual.

Elevator is small and cranky, but it works. Gym is somewhat under equipped and elliptical was out of order. Garage is a bit too tight and the price of 10Euros/day is very expensive for a 9 day stay and could be offered a discount for a long stay. City tax was not mentioned until we checked out (I missed it in the Booking.com description)

Just perfect!

Such a wonderful place to stay! We went in the summer and the surroundings were magical! The suites are very luxurious, spacious, clean and have magical views of the surrounding mountains. And then the services… we have never experienced service like this! Anything you would need, the lovely staff will do anything for you! Even drive you to a restaurant and pick you up, after a long day hiking!

Some advice may be screens for the windows, to enjoy the cool evening breeze without enjoying the mosquitoes ;-)

The check in at the reception was not very friendly with one person during our arrival No proposal for help for the luggages or any explanation for the commodities of the Hotel: The person was only focused to control the Id and the Covid pass, not more...Pity because I kept a very good memory when I came the first time in the same hotel and when I checked in directly with the owner Thanks god all the rest of the staff were very nice

Great, comfortable stay

Breakfast to order brought to the room every morning. Great recommendations and rides to/from the best restaurants in Cervino. Staff was enthusiastic to help us navigate things to do and took care of us like their own. All I can say is Wow! What a cozy place in one of the most breathtaking places on the planet! We were very impressed with this stay and would come back in an instant.

Honestly don’t have anything negative to say about the hotel. It was great!

October vacation

We stayed at the property for one week at the end of October. We booked two bedrooms apartment. The apartment has everything you need, there is a kitchen inside and you can cook if you want it. There is big balcony outside and you can relax watching sunset und mountain outside. In the winter hotel can be considered as ski in/out hotel. There are several ski lifts near by. Not all of them are opened in October. The breakfast is delivered in the box near the room. We loved croissants from the local bakery. The owner is very nice and helpful. He really took care of us. We felt very welcome in his hotel. There are limited amount of parking lots in the hotel. Unfortunately ski lift have been closed due to COVID-19, but we still enjoyed our stay. Aosta Valley is very beautiful place. We hope to come back there again for our next vacation.
