Amazing people: polite, helpful, friendly! Incredible room with breathtaking views. Very comfortable and relaxing spa are. Dinner was super tasty.

Would love to have some coffee in the room, coffee maker would be super, but honestly even some soluble coffee would be better than nothing.. no coffee machines at breakfast is a real miss.

Breakfast was really good, large selection, good quality. Evening meals were very nice but so many courses! Staff we really superb, they made the whole holiday really great. So friendly, accommodating and good fun!

MOST MEMORABLE TRIP! BEST STAY EVER!!!!

Breakfast and dinner was amazing. Also the spa was exceptional! Loved everything about our stay here. Service also beat my expectations by far. The workers were personable, kind, and thorough.

The pillows weren't as comfortable at first but then we asked for softer ones and they were really nice.

Awesome location

The location is perfect - directly by the ski lift. The hotel restaurant was great - one of the best in the village. All the staff was friendly, attentive and nothing was a problem. The cleaning ladies were visiting our room twice a day making our bed. We could get ski passes directly from a reception which were very comfortable.

The hotel itself is getting old. The room facilities were older than one would expect. The lift to the ski room was a little bit scary. Also if they would replace the windows they would save a lot of energy. Having a shower in peak hours was challenging - the hot water alternated constantly cold water. The indoor pool was fine, the steam sauna smelled strange.

Perfectly balanced top quality hotel in a perfect location

The hotel was fantastic! The location is 100m from the chairlifts, and is surrounded by loads of dining options. The restaurant in the hotel was the best we went to in the whole town. The staff went out of their way to be accommodating. The pool/jacuzzi/sauna/steamroom area is absolutely stunning! The rooms are simple but perfect for a well-priced stay next to the mountain. The views out our window of the Matterhorn were amazing to wake up to each day.

The spa bath in our room wasn't functional, the jacuzzi in the pool area wasn't hot enough and the sliced bread at breakfast was consistently stale.

Fabulous location, exceptional staff - friendly, attentive and happy. Great food, facilities and spacious and comfortable family room.

It would be great to have a guest laundry facility available (washing machines and dryers) rather than room laundry service which is very expensive.

Best hotel ever

Excellent location for skiing, close to centre and ski lifts. Bed very comfortable. Room has TV, mini bar and a view of the Matterhorn (rooms 304/305). All staff friendly and helpful all the time including owners and reception staff, restaurant staff brilliant! Extended our stay from one week to two. Spa so lovely with steam room, sauna, pool and relaxing areas for a herbal tea or water and amazing showers with various settings. Food mitchelin star quality every night. Breakfast amazing choices and good coffee. Fantastic ski/boot room with cctv.

Brilliant location near a main ski lift and with lovely mountain views from our lounge room.

the breakfast was generous with a reasonable choice of foods. Service was good with reasonably quick service and friendly waiters.

Having to sit at a designated table every morning was overly regimented but not a big problem.

Un mot suffit: Exceptionnel!!!

Le séjour où mon ami s’est blessé et ne peut plus skier, je me suis fait percuter sur les pistes et 3 jours pas de ski, ma voiture tombée en panne et l’obligation de prolonger à défaut de pièces. Alors on aurait pu dire les vacances de m….! Eh bien non, car du voiturier jusqu’à 2 patrons, frère et sœur, en passant par la restauration, tous le personnel a fait que nos vacances soient réussies. Écrire ce qu’ils ont fait serait un éloge dithyrambique d’humanité et de bienveillance. Tout ce qu’ils ont fait pour nous et je ne peux leur dire que merci de tout mon cœur. Quant à l’infrastructure et les services les 4 étoiles sont plus que justifiées. Merci encore pour tout.

Die Wellness-Anlage war zum teil geschlossen und sehr klein. Hätte man bei der Buchung erwähnen können.
