Not a 5 star hotel experience property has seen better days

staff great hotel is not a 5 star hotel, hallway caroets are ripped, rooms show there age and are desperate need of a redo. bookings filter for air conditioning doesnt apply to all rooms

We had a really great stay, staff were amazing and the facilities, rooms and restaurant were great.

Only fault I have is that our room was on the back of the laundry and the walls are thin so we could hear a lot of thumping. The elevator was also near and our room and was loud. I would ask next time to be located further from both.

Charming and old 5 star hotel with excellent service

Need some renovation.

Not much, the reality is that the hotel deserve the major reconstruction and modernisation but staff are really doing amazing job so if the service is at that excellence level then everything is getting easier.

Old world Alpine luxury

This hotel is true, old world, alpine luxury. The location is exquisite - in the beautiful valley at the base of the Matterhorn (Cervino); ask for a room with THAT view. They accommodate pets. But it all starts with the staff - all with excellent attention to details, helpful and friendly. Go to their bar and sample cocktails at the huge lobby fireplace or outside. Special note of the barman, who new his stuff. The SPA is excellent and very clean. The rooms are great, with all amenities.

A nice weekend but we expected more

the property is nice, the hall with the fire place is cozy and the hotel is near the centre so a good location. then hotel offers the service to drive you to the center and back when you want so that is very good. the room was big.

we expected more from the spa instead it was very small and even though we stayed two nights it was already completely full when we arrived so we couldn’t do any of the treatments offered which was sad since we booked here because of the spa. we also didn’t enjoy the restaurant we expected a higher quality of the food.

wonderful sophisticated and charming Hotel with amazing bar, lounge, spa and comfortable rooms. friendly courteous staff as well who drove us to anywhere we wanted to go in the resort

can’t find a single fault - only recommendation would be to have sky sports on to in lounge to watch the 6 nations match!

One world classic mountain view 5 star plus hotel with pleasant and relaxing public areas, wonderful spacious rooms, the best restaurant in Cervinia, shuttle service and a very cohesive staff. The whole facility is very well managed and kept throughout the years.. We shall return.

Beyond expectations

We chose Hermitage initially for its great facilities (the spa, excellent restaurant, ski lift shuttle etc) but all of that was overshadowed by the warmness and positive energy of the staff who truly made us feel like being part of a family. It’s very rare to experience such authentic hospitality but in Hermitage it comes naturally!

Escolhemos a diária com café da manhã Z o hotel se negou a servir o café e quis cobrar novamente / pessima relação custo benefício . Quase 900 dólares a diária , num hotel fedorento sem café da manhã foi uma escolha pessima . Tentei reclamar no booking e não adiantou nada
