The hotel is well presented with good facilities that includes a spa, indoor pool, a choice of 4 restaurants, ski hire and lockers and a very pleasant bar and lounge area where cakes and sandwiches were presented every day from 4pm. There was also entertainment laid on in the evening.
The room cleaning was inferior. The staff generally were functional rather than helpful - with one or two exceptions which included Francesco (shuttle bus driver), Francesco (porter), Luca and Lorenzo (guest services). The food in the Pizzeria was average and poor value for money. The shuttle bus in and out of the village was free up until 7.00pm and then 10 euros a person for a 2 minute ride which felt extortionate.

Excellent - we had a superb time
Loved everything- location, people, bar, breakfast, room - but best of all the staff who were all lovely. Special shout out to guest relations Lorenzo who was charming and yes Lorenzo Italy did beat Scotland in the Rugby!!!

A great resort really makes a difference to a holiday!
The lifestyle service desk was amazing. One of the best customer service I have experienced in Italy! A shout out to FEDERICA and her team who took care of making us feel very welcomed. Luggages were arranged to the room without asking, ski lockers (spacious and clean) were allocated and ski rental there was swift and well organised. They were kind enough to hold our large luggages whilst we were away for 2 days and upon return, it was well arranged to our rooms again. The spa centre spaced out guest usage so it was never too crowded and it was a nice relaxing area after skiing. The minibar was stocked daily and free, which was a nice treat. Shuttle van pickup at the ski area and town was quick; a simple whatsapp needed only each time you need one. Every request can be done on WhatsApp - they are very prompt in their reply and that makes things so easy. Highly recommend this resort for skiing in Cervinia-Zermatt 👍
Only downside was the Eur10 per person for shuttle service after 7pm. The town is only 2 min away but the walk is a 15-20 min hike up a hill 😆

Spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Dinners disappointing
The rooms were very clean and spacious; the buffet breakfast was excellent
Each staff desk appeared to have different defined areas which could not help with the other. For example the reception desk could not tell you about the ski or shuttle service; the experience desk could not book the spa. That makes for a frustrating customer experience. When trying to contact the hotel from the village after 7pm to order the shuttle, the hotel number went to an automated answering machine. No way of contacting them. On return to the hotel via another hotel’s shuttle service (and several €€ later) the “experience desk” said we should have called them directly. We were never told this or provided with a specific number to call the on before this. Lastly, but the biggest irritant of the whole stay, was the issues in the buffet restaurant at night. The staff were very pleasant but poorly trained. Plates were removed before you were finished, mid bite at times! Everything was a big rush as if they were trying to move you on as quick as possible. The urgency at which you were expected to pay for wine made you feel like they feared you were going to try and do a runner! Very uncomfortable and definitely not a 5 star experience in the restaurant.

Clean and spacious with ski in access. Great breakfast spread to ow spa after a long day of skiing
Lift were just too small and in winter there is no aircon and gaps at the window are too small.
