We stayed for the weekend to make ski and rest. Everything was very convenient from the transportation until the dinner.

Luxurious ski resort at the base of the Matterhorn. Excellent shuttle service.

Location was perfect, a 15 minute walk to the town centre. The hotel offered a shuttle service to and from the Ski lifts which was very convenient as well as lockers for ski gear in the basement. Fantastic spa area.

Restaurant menu variety felt limited. Bar are was small and you didn't feel like you could completely relax there. Booked a pedicure which was performed to the side of the counter where you could overhear guests having loud conversations near the gym, would have been more relaxing in a treatment room.

An absolute stunning place to stay with incredible staff

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Well maintained and clean. Great facilities (especially the spa) and the staff were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. The free shuttle was a real boon. It’s just the most relaxing place to stay and highly recommend

Unfortunately not a 5*, let down by service

The spa is lovely, and hotel facilities were good with ski hire and lockers etc. Shuttle runs from 8-10:30pm which is good but there are only two so sometimes you have to wait up to 20 minutes.

Unfortunately reception staff / quality of service let's this hotel down and for me, prevented it from feeling 5*.While we were there, there were strong winds and a lot of lifts were closed. Messaging from reception staff was inconsistent and disjointed. One told us there would be a shuttle down to Valtournenche but the next morning we were told there wouldn't. One group were told all lifts were closed, we were told they weren't. In terms of other service it wasn't up to 5* standards; asking for things to be sent to the room that didn't arrive, trying to get hold of a bottle opener I had to ask 3 staff and was eventually told to take my bottle to the bar from my room as they wouldn't lend me one. The shuttle was great and appreciated but again, communication was poor. On trying to get out in time for dinner we were told the shuttle was busy with another group and reception didn't know how long we'd have to wait. Just felt like some walkie talkies or whatssap with the drivers could provide a much better service to guests.

Great hotel

Beautiful and new hotel, with great spa. The personal was very nice, the rooms were very clean, and change out towels even twice per day. Bus shuttle until the ski slope, rental ski and everything u need for ski and snowboarding in the hotel.

Everything was great at this hotel.. amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome.

We had a wonderful experience at the Grand Hotel Cervino! Every staff member we encountered were delightful and eager to help! Our family pet received the best welcome ever with a courtesy kit for doggies and really enjoyed the stay! The cuisine was amazing with a large variety of local food and wine options available. The restaurant stuff did their best to make our experience great. It’s a freshly built property with a fantastic infrastructure, great SPA and a beautiful chalet-style interior design. Great location for hikers with many trails starting nearby. Although we didn’t have an opportunity to play golf, one could easily enjoy it since the hotel in conveniently located on the golf course. Overall, we had a great experience with the hotel: the staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend. Thank you everyone for making our stay very special! We will be definitely back!

The location, staff, facilities and rooms were all first class. The service from the in-house ski hire shop was also amazing - Dimitri was super helpful and changed our skis and boots loads of times without a problem at all. Will definitely be returning!

Everything was amazing, from the room to the whole staff. Position closed to the ski lift, free courtesy bus, breakfast and dinner excellent. Incredible view of the Matterhorn. Highly recommended
