Beautiful, charming apartment in stunning Cervinia

The apartment was beautifully laid out and very clean, the staff were amazing and looked after our every need, both Liudmila and Lorenzo. Lorenzo was always happy to take us in the shuttle whenever we needed, and he made an excellent coffee on our last morning ☺️

We found the shuttle very expensive and it was dearer at night time, but we had to take it a few times a day as the apartment is about 15 - 20 minute walk from the village and ski runs.

First class apartment in a quiet location overlooking the golf course.

This is probably my the best apartment I have ever stayed in. It was spacious and has everything you could ask for. The staff were fantastic and the location was perfect, about a 10 minute walk to Cervinia.

Breathtaking panorama

The scenery around this property is absolutely breathtaking! The whole village is beautiful, but this house is set slightly apart, offering a clear view of the mountains. The staff is incredibly friendly, every single one of them! The apartments are basic but nice, ours even had a private terrace. There’s also a large shared terrace where you can fully enjoy the stunning surroundings. You can also order breakfast to be delivered to your room at your preferred time and it comes with a generous selection. We didn’t need it, but it’s nice to know there’s heating available even during the summer. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but having a dishwasher was definitely a plus.

The apartment and terrace could have been a bit cleaner and while we didn’t have the best view from inside, just a few steps away you’ll find a truly magnificent panorama.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable rustic-modern accommodation!

We really enjoyed our stay, thanks so much to the staff for being so friendly and making sure we had a great time! Everything was new in the apartment, kitchen fully equipped and there's even a very nice toy chest on first floor which our son loved too!

it was nice quite overpriced for the offering and location

We were 12 people adults and children going for skiing vacation. We booked three spatious flats. The hotel/block of flats is located outside the town of Cervinia and a bit far from the first Lifts to get you to the pistes. So you need a car to drive to the parking. The hotel does accomodate for a shuttle, though at 10e per person, the parking is 10e per car so we all used our rented cars. The breakfast was disappointing, at very small portions. It costed 14e per person and with my husband we were offered our eggs on the same small plate and one piece of bread to share (!) there was one small bowl of cereals, fortunately there were two chocolate croissant very nice and fresh. The same disappointment was experienced by my friends famillies. The flats were fully equiped with new appliances and was very clean, but the style was basic with no decoration and no warmth. To use the sauna after skiing you had to pay 40e per person, which i thought to be absurd as every hotel offers the sauna for free and not as a luxury spa facility. It would be great if the flats had an espresso maker with capsules, as do all flats and rooms nowdays in all cities. We arrived very late in the evening from Milan airport and next day we had to wait for the recdeption to open to order a coffee. There was coffee available but it was charged at 3e per single espresso, which was not convenient for me since i wake up very early and my husband loves to drink several coffees during the day. Last but not least on arrival during check in i dropped a skiing equipment that i had just bought with its tag on, which disappeared and was never found by the property owners.

Cervinia is a wonderful ski destination, and the 3 Chalets Aparthotel is just amazing!

The apartments were beautiful with fully furnished kitchens which was very important since we had to cook full meals every day! The hosts Ludmilla and Lorenzo were so helpful, offering suggestions and assistance. The hotel is very convenient to the town and other activities. It has a clean, quiet spa and gym and many common areas.

We loved both the resort and the 3 Chalets Aparthotel, but they need to fix their pricing grill.

The staff were extremely helpful. Lorenzo deserves a special mention - nothing was too much trouble and he always has a ready smile!

Everything is extra! Breakfast, transfer to the lifts, sauna - €35 pp! If you are going to charge for breakfast that's fine, but there have to be good coffee making facilities in the apartment so that we can happily self cater - there wasn't even a kettle.

Pleasant

The property was very nice. The driver and general 'helper', Lorenzo was amazing and he really made a difference to the stay. He was extremely helpful and kind; good with the kids too.

The spa facilities were not included. I understood that spa 'treatments' would be extra (eg. if we booked a massage) but it turned out that we had to pay €35 per person any time we wanted to just sit in the sauna for 5 minutes. This is clearly not worth it so no one ended up using the the spa facilities at all. Very disappointing.

The apartment was very comfortable and the staff was amazing and so helpful. Lorenzo was an absolute gem, often going the extra mile to make sure we were ok.The shuttle service made it very convenient to access the village and ski lifts even though the apartment was a good 15min walk from the main village.

The kitchen could have been better equipped with cooking utensils like knives and an oven would have made it perfect.

Breakfast was awesome and gave enough you could also have lunch or dinner from it later. Lorenzo and his wife were fantastic hosts and could not have done more to make us feel welcome. The apartment was fantastic, modern and well equipped with everything you would need.

Superb

We had a great and very pleasant stay at 3 Chalets Aparthotel. Lorenzo and Liudmila did everything possible to make our stay pleasant and drove us to the slopes every day. The first day we ordered the breakfast which was very fresh and good. The other days we made our own breakfast in the apartment. The last day we were out of yoghurt and bread but Lorenzo and the staff helped us with that as well.
