Awesome Family Run Hotel/Appartments

This is one of the best places we have ever stayed. The owners are incredibly friendly, informative and helpful. It is a short walk in to town or a regular hotel shuttle (3 Euro) Comfortable and spacious with a charming bar

A glorious hotel filled with treasures, quirks, the friendliest team, a fluffy cat, a little dog and a soft bear of a Newfoundland who loves her chin to be scratched!

Nothing! As it’s a small, wooden hotel, it can be a little noisy with people going about their evening routine, doors closing, etc, but otherwise a joyful hotel!

Very cozy hotel with easy parking and located a really short drive to the slopes. The service was excellent. We left an item in the room and they dropped it off at the hotel where are friends we’re staying so we could get it back.

Très bien, nous nous sommes senti comme à la maison!

Accueil chaleureux et convivial, bons conseils et bonnes informations sur la région. Petit déjeuner varié, savoureux et copieux. Logement spacieux et confortable. Le spa avec Jacuzzi et sauna est bienvenu après le ski. Le système de navette avec le Breuil fonctionne très bien et est très réactif.

Servizi buoni, stanza e appartamento deludente

La posizione, le viste della finestra, la colazione, comodo il parcheggio davanti al hotel, il personale, servizio di navetta agl’impianti da sci, anche se per noi sendo in 5 era più economico e comodo andare con la macchina e pagare il parcheggio

Sono rimasta molto delusa dell’ appartamento e camera, rivelatesi molto decadente, avrebbe bisogno di una rimodernazione!!! Manca l’attenzione ai dettagli: phon in bagno tenuto intatto con dei giri di nastro adesivo, maniglia della specchiera in bagno fatto anche questo con lo nastro nero, le piastrelle nella doccia che si stanno scollando, le piastrelle nella doccia del secondo bagno fatto a specchio sono crepate. Termosifone in bagno non funzionante. Odore di fogna costante nel appartamento.Insomma, queste cose non me l’aspetto in un albergo dove si paga e aggiungerei, neanche poco. Il loro cane, un grosso Terranova, tenuto libero in giro per l’albergo,(il mio cane anziano aveva il terrore di lui) specialmente non igienico, visto che sbavava, e che girava intorno alla sala colazione e arrivava ad annusare le torte. La moquette dovrebbe essere tolta, non è igienica quando ci sono le presenze di animali.

Leuk familiehotel, vriendelijk personeel, gezellig met barretje en poolbiljart ruimte. Shuttle service voor 2 euro per persoon stond vrijwel direct klaar voor brengen en halen. 15 minuten lopen naar dorp en liften. Keuken en eetgedeelte in het familie appartement is aan de kleine kant wanneer je op de slaapbank slaapt en ook wil koken en eten met z'n vieren. Maar je kunt ook gebruik maken van de gezamenlijk ruimte en daar gezellig zitten/dineren. Er zijn veel lekkere restaurantjes in het gezellige dorp ook.
