Host was very friendly and helpful and gave me lots of information. Room was not clean as I booked last minute. But that was attended to very quickly. The place was very clean and secure. Close to bus stops.
There was no air conditioning. There was a fan.

The room door is not isolate and you can hear the neighbor unlocking the 2 doors when leaving in the morning. So clear it woke me up every morning.

Cleaned linings and towels, very good mattress and pillows. The
Too warm in the room (29C when we arrived), no fan, mosquitoes, wifi was not working. Also parking not in the property (2-3min walking distance)

Beautiful place to stay and enjoy your stay! Also good option for being the cinqueterre base
It seems a new apartment, with many facilities to enjoy the stay. We booked only to be near Spezia and visit Cinqueterre. Free parking in less than 5 min walking Easy to enter and to arrive to the place! COMFORTABLE BED!!!!!! Quiet place! Beautiful buildings nearby The owner was quite helpful about tips in the city
The bathroom does not has a curtain, so all water goes to the floor. (not big deal!)

La prima cosa di cui mi lamento è la pulizia..appena arrivato aprendo una bottiglietta d'acqua ho bagnato in terra , ho preso un fazzolettino e ho asciugato e come vedete dalla foto in terra era molto sporco. Quando ho fatto la doccia a momenti scivolavo mancando della strisce antiscivolo nel piano doccia ed è estremamente pericoloso;non essendoci la porta nel box(box senza porta.. ???) ho bagnato in terra logico , per asciugare ho preso il mocio che era sul pianerottolo,ma era sporchissimo,sono andato a comprare qualcosa per lavarlo.L'ho lavato ed ho pulito in terra (ditemi voi se queste son cose che deve fare l'inquilino) Ora ho dovuto mettere nel piano doccia ed in terra degli asciugamani per non cadere e non allagare il bagno(poi igienizzateli)...possibile che ne non vi sia stato detto da altri? Seconda cosa vi sembra la maniera di mettere dei cavi? un accrocchio pericoloso. Dai è allucinante...... Terza cosa , C,è la tv ,ma i canali nazionali non si vedono....manca il cavo ...c'è solo la tv satellitare....fortuna che portando il pc ed un cavo HDMI ho visto ciò che volevo.Ultima cosa (molto grave) come detto su su WA , LE CHIAVI SONO EGUALI PER I DUE APPARTASMENTI CHE NON HANNO NEANCHE UN NUMERO,ma siamo matti???' manca la schuko del bollitore (mettete una spina normale , così non se la rubano) e fate un account per Netflix minimo (6,90 euro mese) potete farcela a spenderli....
