Delicious food with excellent choices and salads; great breakfast, and an afternoon tea if you wanted it. Large pool and excellent plunge pool, never too busy, Staff were always friendly and helpful.

The perfect place in the alps

Excellent in all respects. Great location. Generous room sizes. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Half board option was very good value money and included afternoon tea. The free Stubai Pass was brilliant - free bus travel and cable cars which was great. Very frequent and up and down the valley, and free travel on cable cars (one trip per day on each cable car). Drinks were excellent value at the hotels. Lots to do out and about. We will definitely be back.

Food - The breakfast was very good Ski experience - The hotel had shuttles in the morning and afternoon for people in the hotel to the Stubai Mountain, free of charge. Regarding gear rental there’s 2 rental stores near the hotel where I renten a Snowboard, helmet and boots. Location - Near a couple good bars and restaurants, 10 min walk. Stay - Big room with a balcony. Comfortable.

Amazing place, great staff and SPA facilities.

The staff was very helpful and nice. Everyone we met was great, with no exceptions. The spa facilities are really nice, cozy, and well maintained. We frequented the spa amenities every day, it was the highlight of the trip. The hotel in general had a warm Christmas vibe and a beautiful mountain surrounding. We will repeat this hotel next time we travel to this area.

Superb

Very nice hotel with lovely atmosphere and a lot of love for the detail. The food, the Spa area and the room were excellent. There was even live music at the bar on Saturday evening. The staff at the reception, bar and in the restaurant was very polite and helpful. There were a separate room for the ski equipment.

The spa closes at 19:30 p.m. and dinner finishes at 20:30 p.m. So for guests coming back to the hotel from skiing at around 06:00 p.m. there is not enough time to really enjoy the Spa and the swimming pool. 30min-60min more would make it much more comfortable. Furthermore I found the behavior of many guests at the Spa completely unacceptable. Some of them watched YouTube videos on their mobile phone’s without headset or had a phone call in the relax area. From my point of view, mobile phones should not be allowed in the Spa area. Due to the different cultural backgrounds of the guests a spa rules instruction at check-in could help to avoid such behavior in future.

Super Sporthotel

Everything. The location, the ambiance, the spa is amazing, the staff are so friendly and polite and they went out their way to accommodate my serious coeliac disease with gluten free modified meals which were superb. The rooms very clean and spacious and cleaned well everyday.

Only the price of wines offered at dinner. And gin very expensive compared to England

The Spa area was fantastic and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The food was also great, with an early breakfast accommodated for the running event. The location is ideal for all activities in this beautiful village/setting.

Superb Hotel, professional staff and great value for money !

What a great stay - A great hotel in the heart of the valley with very caring staff / family. Everything is taken care off and special requests are taken care of immediately. Especially after skiing or hiking, the big wellness area and sauna offers great choices to relax and calm down. The dinner courses are superb and also for breakfast there is plenty of choice. Getting to the glacier is quite fast , even a hotel shuttle is offered. Great value for money overall !

It was a bit hot in the rooms from central heating, however , opening a window did help :-)

We enjoyed our second holiday here as much as the first one and hope to come back one day.

It was our second Holiday in Sporthotel Neustift and we were as happy as the first time. The Hotel has great facilities, the location is perfect, the room was great, the staff is very friendly and the food is excellent. So more then enough reasons to come back again one day.

The only thing that is not really working well is the WiFi/Internet. Stronger and faster network would be a welcome improvement for us.

A bit far to reach from highway but nothing crazy. Perhaps a bit of renovation is needed in toilette for example.
