Great location. 30 mins from Innsbruck. Next to the ski bus stop, supermarket opposite and close to the village centre (5 mins walk). Beautiful decor and clean, well equipped and large apartments. Pictures don’t do them justice! lovely breakfast. The staff were super helpful before and during our stay. Breakfast was pricey but one of the best we’ve had.

Favourite place to stay in Neustift.

The staff are so friendly, attentive and very helpful. We love Schonherr Haus. It is extremely comfortable and very clean. The breakfast is also worth mentioning, as it is a real highlight.

Felt very welcome

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. I was positively surprised by how spacious the room was – very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made it easy to rest after a long day. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout the entire stay. A lovely little welcome box with sweets was waiting in the room upon arrival — such a sweet and thoughtful touch that immediately made me feel welcome. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would happily recommend this hotel.

As a small, friendly suggestion, it might be nice to have bottled water available in the room, as well as coffee capsules replenished during the stay. These are only minor details, but they could make the experience even more comfortable.

great place to stay. if we had known how great we would have added and day if we could have

2 weeks travelling through germany and austria this was the highlight of our trip. The staff and owner we so helpful and friendly. They surprised my wife with a little cake and candles and special place settings on the morning of her birthday. The breakfast was excellent and widely varied. You can have drinks in the lounge/ breakfast area in the evening. Everything has excellent attention to detail. The location was easy, and very accessible to gondola and hiking Perhaps it was because we were there in between seasons but we were the only ones to use the spa area and they also let us checkout late. There is a ski shop on the first floor for any ski needs. We rented as we were traveling with no intent to ski until the glacier got a foot of snow the evening we arrived. Price wise, we looked on booking.com and it was actually one of the more affordable options at the time. We can't say enough nice things about our stay.

Good place for families

It is located centrally and has several parking space. The apartment's room is huge and it is very clean. 5 star balcony. This place is incredibly clean. They've been provided a baby crib and baby bath tub for our small boy. Spa was useful for rainy days and very clean. The receptionists are very helpful and kind.

They are not providing a cleaning service for the apartment option which is weird. They don't even provide exchange garbage bags (if you ask them they give you some of those without an issue). They should include cleaning service for those who stay for a longer period since we cannot bring a vacuum cleaner on our own.

Superb

We really enjoyed the stay. The room was spacious, only we missed balcony. It was a bit noisy room as you could hear everything from the corridor and from the room above you. The good thing was during the night everything got quiet. Breakfast was great and even at the end there was still selection. Personel was very nice, supportive and all the time smiling. Thank you!

delicious tasty breakfast, would be better to say brunch ;), a bit higher standard than usual in Austrian hotels many variants of local cheeses and hams, salads, fresh farmer bread, a large selection of sweet desserts and cakes, fresh fruits, cereals and various porridges, eggs as you requested, selection coffee and many fresh juices, mostly all local sources which is very appreciated!! very nice and spacious apartment with a comfy bed and big window with a balcony and mountain valley view hygge design cosy sauna very friendly and helpful staff great sport shop in the building and our small wish - in the space downstairs would be a great evening lounge with a wine bar for guests ;)

we were really satisfied, we love to visit small boutique hotels the only thing we missed was hotel cosmetics in the bathroom and the softer pillows (of course it is individual)

The staff at reception were amiable, but the cleaner came into our room with the key at 7:30 in the morning without knocking on the door. However, she closed the door immediately but was a bit awkward.

Loved the little details, beautiful atmosphere!

We loved how much love was put into the little details! The room was really comfortable. The location is very close to the Lift to the Elfer a supermarket is opposite of the property and quite some restaurants in the village. The common areas are beautifully made and the stuff very welcoming! We really enjoyed our weekend there! + Very comfortable beds! + A yoga mat with a link to a YouTube channel + A bath for our baby with a little duck we could take with :)

The Kitchen was relatively small if you plan on staying more days and cook more often. But it had all the appliances you might need for a couple!

Wonderful and very friendly hosts. Beautiful restaurant design. Stunning breakfast. My partner had a birthday on the day of the stay, he received a cake from the hosts, it was very nice. We could take advantage of a later check-out. It was one of the most amazing accommodations we visited.

The fridge roared in the room all night - it can be disruptive for people with a light sleep. The staff at breakfast invited us to put on a respirator (we perceived this as perfectly fine and respected), but left other incoming guests without respirators.
