Perfect for family travel

Lovely apartment room perfect four our family of 5, pretty rare to find in Europe. Excellent pool and children’s play room. Very friendly staff and delicious breakfast.

A bit of a walk to get to Fulpmes Zentrum and restaurants, but I didn’t mind the exercise.

Greatly situated apartment, in a lovely valley with great facilities and friendly owners

Really nice apartment with everything you needed and was very comfortable- It was great that there was a daily bus service to the Schlick2000. The pool was great to use in the early evening, and the Sauna area was delightful.

The breakfast was amazing it really was. However, on our first day we were moved because there are allocated tables for guests. So we moved to our allocated table, which was a nice touch. However, on one occasion we came down and our allocated table was taken, and we had to sit in a less preferable table. When I pointed this out to staff in a very friendly way, that either you have a system for allocated tables or not... IE you can not move us one day, and the very next day our table is taken up and we have to move... I was disappointed that the staff did not take the feedback in the friendly nature that was provided, and they said to me "you have your system, I have mine" and he walked away before ending the conversation. This was a very poor customer experience, and not in keeping with accommodation that scores so highly.

Amazing views, fun and relaxing activities, and friendly hosts.

Nice apartment with balcony and a beautiful view. Saunas, pool, stubai pass, bikes available were all extras we appreciated. the staff was great and the views (again) were amazing.

Room for children was warmer with no window, but didn’t affect ratings because our daughter was still very comfortable and it was a good value. shower room without a door was a surprise for us Americans with a teenager but also easy to navigate.

Superb

The personnel was very kind and helpful. When I said we were going on a hike to Schlicker Scheibenweg, they gave us wooden pucks for our kids, free of charge. The apartment was very functional and well-equipped. Finally, a place where garbage is recycled properly! The breakfast was rich and nutritious, although we only had it once, in the morning of the second day of our stay.

The apartment had too few power outlets. There was always a strange smell in the pool. Not sure what it was: mould, kitchen? Especially pronounced when walking into the pool area from the inner yard that has all this fresh Alpine air.

Amazing stay in a beautiful location.

We stayed in a Maxi Apartment and it was amazing! We loved it! Lots of space, modern, clean and very comfortable with lovely balconies with amazing views. The pool was great, location great and the Stubai super card which was included was brilliant. Can’t say a bad word about this place!

We loved everything and are currently looking at dates to return!

Super for family stay and outdoor adventure

Scenic valley location in Medraz village and super breakfast, clean apartment and good parking. Very helpful staff and we only met other well behaved families with kids and dogs. Stubai Super Card inclusion was a big hit to visit all the lovely mountain lifts, hikes - almost everything ‘konstenloss’ with the card

kids beds quite short (190cm) for our tall teenagers. ‘Mountain’ view apartment is somewhat dark and facing the backside towards a residential area. Several days had very noisy reconstruction (high decibel power tools in use until as late as 1900 hours and even starting as early as 0800 hours on a Saturday morning)- but the hotel owners are not to blame

Great place for families to visit the Stubaital!

Top location in Stubaital with good facilities. We stayed in refurbished appartement with two bedrooms which was great. Breakfast is very good and staff is very friendly. Lovely views from balcony. Pet and children friendly!

We found the indoor pool water to have a lot of chlorine, so recommend to bring swimming goggles. Sauna is to be initiated by switch manually, and it did not turn on again 30-45 mins before closing time

Exceptional

Everything is amazing, the rooms are cozy and clean, the amenities are perfect, the hosts are very kind, welcoming, warm hearted people. We visited with a toddler and he was welcome too. The hotel is very family friendly. It even has a huge playroom for kids. The swimming pool and the sauna area are amazing and the view is just breathtaking. Also the breakfast is fantastic. Great local dishes and the bread is top 3 breads I ever ate. We fully recommend this place and we hope to be back soon. Thank you.

More a recommendation- to add a door or a shower curtain to the shower for privacy. But it was not something that impacts the stay in any way.

Perfect stay!

Description on Booking is accurate. Modern, very clean, comfortable, amazing view. The owners and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Kitchen is well equipped. Great location. Beautiful walking path to Fulpmes. Easy access to hiking paths, gondolas, attractions in the Stubai Valley, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants. We also received the Stubai Super Card included with our booking. Really helpful that we had daily free use of gondolas! We had a great time and we’ll hopefully return soon. Would highly recommend.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt nur 20 min von Innsbruck entfernt. Stadt und Schneewochenende in einem

Seeehr tolle Unterkunft. Herzlicher Empfang mit Nikoläusen für die Kinder. Kekse, Mandarinen und Äpfeln waren ebenfalls im Appartment. Sehr freundlichen Empfang über einen persönlichen Brief, da wir einen verspäteten Check-in hatten. Sauber, süße Ortschaft, toller Pool und Saunabereich, Spielzimmer war auch nett. Alles in allem ein super Wochenende für Jung und Alt.

Fantastische vakantieplek

We hebben 2 weken doorgebracht op dit vakantieadres met een gezellige en gemoedelijke sfeer, in een prachtig appartement met uitzicht op de dorpjes en de bergen. Wanneer je broodjes bestelt krijg je deze 's ochtends in tasje aan je deur, je kunt ook inschrijven voor ontbijt in ontbijtzaal. Ook een erg fijn binnenzwembad met sauna's.. Eigenaren en personeel zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Een hele mooie omgeving waar je veel leuke uitstapjes kunt maken.

Er is niks wat tegengevallen is, dit is echt een prachtige plek om te verblijven.

Das Family Apart ist ein liebevoll geführtes Familienhotel. Die Appartements sind sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Ein großes Schwimmbad und mehrere Saunen. Unbedingt zu empfehlen ist da Frühstück.

Schöner, erholsamer Kurztrip in toller Umgebung

Schöne Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück vor allem am Sonntag. Freundliches Personal

Reception nur morgens bis 11 Uhr besetzt. Schade, dass es kein Abendessen gab. Aber das Dorf ist nicht weit weg. TV im Schlafzimmer sollte einen Schwenkarm haben. Miniclub könnte man etwas aufpeppen, auch für grössere Kinder.

Fantastyczny pobyt rodzinny

Apartamenty obszerne i wygodne dla rodziny. Dzieci i wnuki były bardzo zadowolone. Śniadania smaczne, produkty dobrej jakości, urozmaicone, pyszna kawa, pieczywo, jajka przygotowywane na zamówienie, a wyciskarka do soków rewelacyjna. Basen uszczęśliwił wnuki, a sauny nas i dzieci. Po nartach rewelacyjny odpoczynek. Wieczory mogliśmy całą rodziną spędzać w sali kominkowej, gdzie nikomu nie przeszkadzały nasze rozmowy . Właściciele byli bardzo pomocni i mili. To był bardzo udany narciarski wyjazd rodzinny. Dziękujemy
