The Alpeiner Nature Resort Tirol is truly an exceptional hotel that combines authentic Tyrolean culture with modern luxury. From the moment you arrive, you feel as though you’ve stepped into a fairytale. The staff welcome you warmly, always smiling, attentive, and genuinely caring, while still giving you the freedom to enjoy your stay at your own pace. The hotel is immaculate, with every detail carefully maintained. Service is simply outstanding – attentive yet discreet. What impressed me most was the attention to sleep quality: guests can choose mattresses with different firmness levels and request special pillows, including orthopedic ones for neck support. This is the first hotel I’ve encountered that truly prioritizes healthy, restorative sleep. The spa is wonderful – a spotless pool, diverse saunas, and a blissful jacuzzi create the perfect place to relax and recharge. Breakfast is a lavish buffet with endless options to suit every taste. At lunchtime, while not a full meal service, guests can enjoy delicious soups, salads, and cakes. Dinner is a highlight: each morning you select from a changing menu, and in the evening the chef prepares your chosen starter, main course, and dessert to perfection. There’s also an evening buffet for those who prefer variety. The hotel offers a great gym with classes and easy ski/snowboard facilities. Rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you need. The views are stunning, and the atmosphere is peaceful and serene – perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. What makes this hotel truly unique is the way it celebrates Tyrolean culture. The traditions are alive in every corner, and guests respect and embrace this spirit. The atmosphere is vibrant yet tranquil, creating a rare balance between liveliness and serenity. This is a hotel of another level – a place where culture, comfort, and hospitality come together seamlessly. I will definitely return again and again

A very cozy and beautiful hotel! Very close to Stubai Glacier! The hotel itself provides an excellent Spa area with the swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi being a highlight to relax after your ski day. The best thing for me was the breakfast! A 5 ⭐️ hotel breakfast. Traveling around the world either for work or leisure this was among the best I have ever seen. All in all a perfect stay!!!

Your solid gateway hotel for Stubai skiing

I have been coming to this hotel for Years when skiing Stubai valley - good location to access the glacier, nice pool, spa and saunas. I love the outside whirlpool in this hotel. Room vary based on what you book, good bed and quality of sleep though. Some dishes were great, some could have been tastier, dinner service was fast so if you a single skier like myself, you would love that compared to some other more luxurious hotels that have 5 course meals every night that drag on and on. If you look for a solid 4 star hotel, you cant go wrong with this one.

Rooms are on a basic 4* level, there is nothing wrong with them and nothing that makes you remember them when you go anywhere else. Amenities were not replaced once during 3 night stay, towels worn out.

The food was exceptional every evening, and the service was outstanding. We also enjoyed the complimentary soup at lunch. The location couldn’t be better, offering breathtaking views. We really enjoyed the access to the spa area. The room was impeccably clean. The complimentary pass for the bus and lifts was a great surprise. Overall, excellent value for money — we would love to return.

Extremely comfortable beds with the option to choose the level of mattress hardness, a permanent table in the dining room, excellent breakfast, a highly efficient, professional, courteous staff, and happy to assist with any request, guaranteed adjacent parking, a variety of spa services, and two pools, indoor and outdoor.

This is an excellent hotel. Family friendly and luxurious without being pretentious. All the staff are superb. From the moment we arrived until the time we left the staff were amazingly kind and generous to my family. Stunningly picturesque setting. We will return.

Best hotel in Alps!!!

Amazing hotel, fantastic facilities, stuff was very attentive, nothing was the problem. The most beautiful views, breakfast is one of the best I ever had in the hotel. The swimming pool is open until 10pm, which was great for us, as we like to have swim after dinner, most of the times at this time we had swimming pool to ourselves, during a day we never had problem with finding loungers as some reviewers experienced. Our rooms were very well cleaned on daily basis. Amazing stay, I hope for more next year

A good place to stay.

The food was very good. The nature pool is splendid. The included organized trips are very good. The summer card is a must.

The dining room was often too hot, they made no attempt to dissuade the flies, they were crawling over the buffet, tables and ourselves. The noise level changed once the school holidays started.
