nice family hotel

we come to stubai already 20 years with our sons so we know this ski area very well. so the location was nice and quiet. it was our first time in hotel Burgstall. friendly welcome and nice rooms. excellent breakfast and good dinner. it is family owned hotel which is very nice. parking is OK. good price quality ratio. very practical that hotel issues ski passes. the jause is very nice.

. the hotel allows dogs in the rooms and lobby and restaurant. this gives a smell and sometimes dirt. . nice wellness but without slippers or bath robes so you have to bring your own. . no heating for ski shoes so we took them in our room

the room and bathroom was a good size

I wouldn’t say it was 4 star, more like 3+. The food wasn’t as good as expected. The restaurant staff generally lacked charm.

Superb

Breakfast starts at 7:00am, but our kids had to meet the ski race team at 07:15. Owners and employees walked the extra mile and had breakfast ready for us at 6.30. Exceptional and much appreciated !!

Best hotel. Strongly recommend. 1. Location. The bus stop is 2-3 minutes walk away. A beautiful lake and promenade are also 3 minutes away. children's playground. 10 minutes by car from Serlesbahnen Mieders. 2. Facilities. A cozy and spacious bedroom. New modern built bathroom. closet. safe. table. A room without any inconveniences such as chairs. Heated swimming pool, relaxing sauna recommended. The restaurant and bar are also satisfactory. 3. Staff friendliness. As a privately operated hotel, it is very systematic and always smiling at many guests. I was moved by the kind reply. 4. Food. Breakfast and dinner are included, so you can enjoy a comfortable trip without worrying about meals. The food was really great. Thank you to the staff who kindly brought new food back even if there was an order error. 5. Hygiene. The corona test was also easily available at the front desk, and hygiene such as hand sanitizer was also satisfactory.

Beautiful summer vacation in a pleasant environment. Great location in Stubaital. Always helpful staff, great breakfasts and famous dinners .... parking in front of the hotel, the advantage is the Stubai sommer card ... we will definitely be back in the future.Ďakujeme 👍🔝

Perfekter gemütlicher Aufenthalt im Winter

Das Hotel wird von einer Familie geführt, was sich positiv bemerkbar macht. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Das Essen war ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Lage ist prima, insbesondere wenn man mit dem Skibus fahren will. Kurz vor Neustift ist der Bus fast leer. Die Lage ist ruhig.

Centrale locatie, verzorgd eten, zeer vriendelijk persoon (die altijd voor je klaar staan), parking aan het hotel, bushalte dichtbij, sauna. Gewoon weg top!

Da italiana dico Solo un aggettivo DIVINO.

Colazione (persino i bomboloni con la marmellata e gli strudel oltre al resto: salumi yogurt 2 tipi ecc. Ecc.) e cena abbondante, varia e di qualità superiore rispetto agli altri hotel persino la pizza da scegliere su 10 pizze è veramente ottima. Lo.dice una brava cuoca che sono io modestamente. Lo staff gentilissimo e disponibile per tutte le esigenze e i problemi che possono sorgere. Camere pulitissime . La mia camera matrimoniale vista sulla vallata. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottima. Il prossimo anno ritorneremo sicuramente in questo favoloso hotel.

Personale molto gentile, disponibile a dare consigli per le passeggiate in montagna. Il terrazzino vista montagne un plus.

Wir hatten ein schönes renoviertes Zimmer mit Balkon. In dem man sich direkt wohl gefühlt hat. Die Bedingungen beim Abendessen und Frühstück waren sehr freundlich.

Es gibt leider keine beheizbaren Skischuhständer, sodass man die Schuhe mit aufs Zimmer nehmen musste oder am nächsten Tag nasse Schuhe hatte. Das Essen war ok aber im Vergleich zu anderen 4 Sterne Hotels unterhalb des Standards. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war überschaubar und es gab nur eine Kaffeemaschine für alle Gäste.
