Most wonderful stay

Lovely stay and we were spoilt with the most amazing 6 course meals every evening. Fabulous breakfast buffet as well. The spa facilities were super clean and the outside hot pool with bubble jets were fabulous after a day's skiing. Shuttle bus to the base station for ski gondolas provided by hotel. Day excursions for those who were interested (guided winter hiking, Innsbruck Christmas market). Highly recommend this hotel.

Definetely place worth recomending

Great place with outstanding staff. It's a quiet place with everything you need. Daily transfer to the slopes makes your stay fully relaxing, you can forget about finding parking place on busy days and carrying your gear - door-to-door transfer make it much more enjoyable. After skiing you can relax in the saunas, adults only swimming pool (there are two) or in one of the relaxing rooms. The cook is amazing and the choice of food is superb. Just watch out, you can gain one or two kilos :)

you can tell which rooms haven't been renovated yet but to be honest they are equipped better then many new ones in other hotels or apartments in the area.

Good food and spa

Meals and Spa are fabulous.

Rooms need to be renovated, it almost looks like rooms compared to lobby/spa belong to different hotels. I know that lux rooms are new and stylish, but standard and panorama rooms look like rooms from 1990's, especially bathrooms. No place to dry out clothes (ski clothes, bath suits after spa) , which is strange for a ski resort hotel. Customer relations is not very friendly if you have irregular request, shuttle bus to ski lift is very limited in time and could not meet our needs, so we had to take regular bus

Excellent facilities: outside heated pool, sauna, gym, quiet rooms, amazing views.

Great breakfast, many choices. The hotel is really beautiful, most of the staff is kind and helpful. The lady owner is really sweet and welcomes you with a big smile. Such a nice family owned hotel. We will definetely go back.

For dinner the only option was a 6 course menu which was too much after a couple of days considering that 1 to 2 courses were buffet. An à la carte option would be great.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und das Personal äußerst zuvorkommend sowie freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich sehr bemüht auf individuelle Bedürfnisse und Wünsche einzugehen. Der Wellness Bereich ist außergewöhnlich und definitiv mehr als nur einen Besuch wert. Auch die Speisen im Restaurant waren wirklich lecker. Wir haben uns allgemein sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Das Zimmer hätte ein bisschen moderner gestaltet sein können. Das Frühstück war zwar reichlich und sehr vielfältig, jedoch wären ein paar herzhafte vegane Frühstücksalternativen schön gewesen.

Zeer verzorgd en smaakvol ingericht hotel, met prachtig buitenzwembad en gastronomisch 5-gangen menu

Prachtig en zeer verzorgd hotel. Het zwembad en wellness gedeelte had een mooi buitenzwembad, dat lekker warm was. Onze kamer was ruim en zeer smaakvol ingericht met een prachtig groot terras. Het eten was van hoge kwaliteit met een mooie selectie aan Oostenrijkse wijnen. Wat ook heel interessant was, dat je naast het gastronomisch 5-gangen menu ’s avonds ook nog de kans had om een klassieker als een spaghetti of schnitzel te kiezen, dit werd erg geapprecieerd door de kinderen.

Als je komt om te skiën op de Stubai gletsjer, dan is er in dit dal, bijna nergens een ski-in ski-out hotel (of toch niet met deze kwaliteit van eten en luxe). Bijgevolg moet je de wagen, skibus of hotelshuttle nemen. Gelukkig was het amper 13min rijden tot het dalstation, en dit hotel was het waard, dus dat viel goed mee.

Die Lage zum Tal ist wunderschön. Trotz der Größe des Hauses schaffen Sie eine schöne entspannte , familiäre Atmosphäre . Das gesamte Team lässt keine Wünsche offen. Und auch der komplette Wellness Bereich mit soviel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet das Körper und Geist in Harmonie gelangen.

Het enige wat we iets minder vonden is dat er niet altijd in het buitenbad gezwommen mocht worden, als je niet 16+ jaar bent. Geen echt kinder hotel..

Modernes Hotel mit toller Wellness Abteilung und echt schönen Zimmern

Superfreundliches Personal, Sehr gutes Essen, besonders die Fischgerichte. Die Massage war sehr effektiv und erholsam. Toll zum Skifahren auf dem Gletscher und zum Wandern.

Der morgendliche Kaffee war etwas bitter.
