Excellent and good value for money

The perfect place to travel with children. Staff is very friendly, facilities are great, and there are loads of activities for the kids. At the same time, the place is beautiful, elegant, the spa is great and the food is very good. They offer shuttles to pick up guests from the airport and to take them to the glaciers to ski. I have been in this hotel twice with my husband and two children and plan on going back again next winter.

I love the view of our 2 bedrooms apartment . It’s peaceful and serene . About spa we didn’t use as much as swimming pool for kids and adult . There are many diversity and fun pools . Kids love a lot . Breakfast is quite plenty and delicious.

The outdated of elevator and self service to bring all the luggages to our own rooms . The elevator one is fixed and one was too small

Perfect stay for active and relaxed family

The spa is amazing, unlimited options for kids to play and the kids club is really a great addition. Food is also excellent. The afternoon snacks are always well prepared. Outdoor activities and hiking options are beyond beautiful!

We are not satisfied with the attitude of the reception, they were extremely rude, they did not warn us that the reception is not 24 hours, in the morning we had to leave the hotel at 06.00, but it could not happen because there was not one awake staff member in the whole hotel. only a cleaning lady who told us that the reception will probably come at 09.00 !!!! The other thing that made a bad impression on me was extremely noisy and full of children everywhere, we felt like in kindergarten, which does not create good comfort.

La struttura è comoda a tutti gli impianti , ha un parcheggio per le macchine , molto attrezzata per i bambini super piscina con scivoli , una bella temperatura e svariati giochi , staff super gentilissimi e molto veloci .

La stanza era piccola , la vasca da bagno anche , letto era scomodo duro e i cuscini troppi morbidi , La colazione era buona ma in rapporto a molti hotel 4 stelle a Neustift mancava di : un spremiagrumi? Una centrifuga ? Del miele naturale nella casseruola ? Del salmone affumicato alla mattina ? Anche la cena non era rapportata al prezzo .

Super luxe en mooi hotel met veel voorzieningen voor kinderen en volwassenen (adults only).

Het (meeste) personeel was zeer vriendelijk, ook voor kinderen. Het eten was prima, de gasten krijgen een eigen tafel aangewezen voor het totale verblijf, iets wat heel fijn is. De tafel was ook keurig opgedekt en voor kinderen stond een kinderstoel, eigen kinderbestek en servet klaar. Het hotel biedt van alles voor kinderen zowel binnen als buiten (binnen: verschillende speelmogelijkheden en zwembad, buiten: speeltuin en kinderboerderij). Er zijn 'sneeuwproof' wandelwagens te leen, diverse soorten sleeen en draagzakken voor op de rug. Het adults only wellness complex is fantastisch mooi. Zwembad en wellness complex is alleen maar te bereiken met een pasje. Het hotel is overal super schoon. Fijn dat je de hele dag door (lekkere) koffie en frisdranken kan tappen.

NIet echt een negatief punt, maar een tip voor gasten: neem t-shirts mee want het is overal warm in het hotel. Het viel ons op dat de stopcontacten op peuter hoogte geen cover hebben. Wij vonden de kamers erg gehorig, niet iedereen houdt rekening met het feit dat het een familie hotel is en lopen 's avonds laat hard praten door de gangen en houden er geen rekening mee dat kinderen soms al om 19.00 uur slapen.

Gerne wieder!

Für Kinder egal welchen Alters absolut traumhaft! Die Lage ist für Spaziergänge, Gassi-Runden und natürlich für Wintersport perfekt! Auch das Tram vor Ort ist wirklich top top top! So gut geschult, das spricht sich fürs Management. Weiter besonders gefreut habe ich mich über eine Kaffee Maschine mit Hafermilch, sowie über moderne vegetarische und veganen Optionen. Wirklich hervorragend!!!

Gar nichts. Aber: ich habe frischen Saft beim Frühstück vermisst. Bei Nachbarn gibt’s da tolle Gerätschaften für sowas. Und ich persönlich mag es, wenn Schlappen, conditioner, Nagelfeile usw schon im zimmer vorhanden sind und man diese nicht extra ordern muss. Ich verstehe aber natürlich den Umwelt Aspekt dahinter, sprich weniger Weg-Werf-Artikel. Aber Lotion & Conditioner ginge auch im Pumpspender :-)

Hotel przerósł nasze oczekiwania. Nastawiony na zapewnienie atrakcji i opieki nad dziećmi. Nasza córka miała zapewnioną opiekę, a my mieliśmy czas by korzystać ze stoków we dwoje. W sali zabaw były panie z Czech i Słowacji więc udało im się porozumieć z córką, a ona bardzo chętnie tam wracała. Ścianka wspinaczkowa, basen ze zjeżdżalniami - strzał w 10! Przechowalnia sprzętu- nowoczesna i świetnie zlokalizowana, tuż przy wyjściu z hotelu, bez konieczności korzystania ze schodów. `Wyśmienite jedzenie, duży wybór posiłków dla dzieci. Bardzo pomocna obsługa! Łącznie z pomocą z pozostawioną walizką!

trasa na stok zabiera trochę czasu 20-30 min, ale hotel staje na wysokości zadania i zapewniał transport jeśli tego sobie życzyliśmy.

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel ist für die ganze Familie ein Erholungsort. Besser könnte es nicht sein. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Es ist immer und überall sauber. Der Wellnessbereich einfach top. Das essen war einfach nur fanstastisch. Es waren die dritten Ferien in diesem Jahr und endlich auch die schönsten und erholsamsten des Jahres 2025 für uns. Wir werden das Hotel Kindl bestimmt im nächsten Jahr wieder besuchen. Danke dem ganzen Kindl Team ihr seid fantastisch!!!

Super tolles Hotel mit top Ausgangslage für viele Unternehmungen im Stubaital.

Super Hotel für Familien vor allem mit kleineren Kindern. Angenehmer warmer Poolbereich, sehr freundliches Personal. Vicky im Service ist ein Goldschatz! Sie übertrifft den Servicebereich nochmal um eine Stufe.

Die Preise an der Bar sind ein wenig überzogen. 2 Cola 15€, eine Pina Colada 17,40€. Das ist selbst für Österreich sehr teuer!
