Having traveled extensively throughout Europe and stayed in countless high-end properties, it takes a lot to truly surprise me. However, my recent stay at Hotel Elva in Neustift was nothing short of extraordinary. I can confidently say that this is one of the best places I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. From the moment we arrived, the experience was flawless. The hotel is brand new, and every detail has been carefully thought out to provide maximum comfort and luxury. The rooms are incredibly well-equipped, modern, and pristine—a perfect sanctuary after a day in the mountains. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. I must make a special mention of Andy at the reception. He was extremely polite, professional, and elegant in his demeanor, making us feel genuinely welcome from the very first second. His hospitality set the tone for the entire stay. The dining experience was equally impressive, largely thanks to Rene, our waiter. He provided the best service we experienced during our entire trip. His attention to detail and friendly attitude made every meal special. As for the facilities, they are world-class. The wellness area is a unique spa experience featuring three different saunas that are perfect for relaxation. The gym is top-notch, catering to anyone who takes their fitness seriously. But the crown jewel is undoubtedly the swimming pool—it is simply cinematic. Swimming there while surrounded by the stunning scenery was a highlight of our trip. If you are looking for a place that combines modern luxury, incredible facilities, and a team that treats you with genuine elegance, look no further than Hotel Elva. It is simply unbelievable. We will definitely be back!

Amazing hotel in an amazing location

I have to say this was one of my best hotel experiences. The studio room was amazing, the gym had everything I need, the spa and sauna area provided everything you could wish for and especially for hiking it is an absolutely amazing add-on to receive the Stubai Pass to use the buses along the whole valley to get to the amazing hikes available.

Lohnt sich, wenn man einen guten Deal bekommt

Neues Hotel mit vielen modernen Annehmlichkeiten wie Fitness-Studio, Tischkicker, Skiraum mit abschließbaren Spinten und sehr schönem Außenpool (20 m und ausreichend warm zum Schwimmen im Winter) sowie Sauna-Landschaft. Ich habe aber auch genau das erwartet bei dem Preis.

Frühstück war gut, aber für 22-25 EUR doch unter den Erwartungen. Verschiedene Brötchen, Käse, Wurst - aber alles kein Highlight. Lag eher auf dem Niveau einer privaten, preiswerteren Unterkunft.

Super místo a krásný hotel! Doporučuji!

Umístění hotelu je naprosto perfektní, kousek od hlavní, v naprostém klidu, s výhledem na hory. Na Stubai 20 minut autem. Hotel je úplně nový, v pokojích nic nechybí, jsou nadstandardně vybavené a wellness je úžasné s krásným výhledem. Snídaním není co vytknout, každý si najde to své, za mě velmi dobrá volba.

Wunderbares Apartment Hotel, mit super Pool und tollem Sauna Bereich im obersten Stock mit Panorama Fenstern. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und hatte genug Stauraum. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist Top! Das Personal war immer sehr aufgestellt und hilfsbereit. Das Restaurant ist sehr lecker und die Karte bietet viel Abwechslung. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder einmal!

O hotel é lindo, muito limpo, o nosso quarto tinha uma pequena cozinha até com lava-louça e tudo que era necessário. Banheiro amplo com o sanitário separado. Tem uma vista linda do quarto para as montanhas, a piscina é quentinha, tem sauna mas você precisa ir sem roupas, acadeia boa também e tem um café da manhã bem gostoso.

O horário da piscina poderia ser até as 22 horas e não até as 20 horas.

Sehr neues Hotel mit moderner Zimmerausstattung (Netflix und co) und einer tollen Sauna-Landschaft mit Ausblick. Sehr freundliches Personal und gute Lage nahe den Elferbahnen.

Die Restaurantkarte ist eher überschaubar und regionale Gerichte wie zB ein Kaiserschmarren fehlen. Dazu könnten die Fenster des Wellnessbereiches von außen etwas dunkler sein, sodass man nicht reinschauen kann.

Gerne wieder

Neueröffnetes Hotel, wenn man ankommt, fühlt man sich wie zuhause. Beim Frühstück hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, alles frisch zubereitet. Man kann sich einen frischen Saft selber herstellen, mit Äpfel,Karotten und Ingwer. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Lage ist auch optimal, man ist in einer halben Stunde in Innsbruck oder zum Gletscher. Sehr schönen Spa Bereich mit Saunen, einen beheizten Pool, wo man im Winter auch draußen schwimmen kann. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Gerne wieder.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt für drei Nächte genossen und werden wieder gerne kommen.

wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht, das Apartment war mit eine gut eingerichtete Küche. Das Pool und das Ruheaufenthalt Zimmer haben wir am Abend sehr genossen.

Die Belichtung in der Sitzecke war nicht optimal. Wir haben es bei der Reception gemeldet.

Überragend!

Es war rundum top! Alle Mitarbeitenden waren herzlich und nett. Das Zimmer war modern, sauber, mit einem bequemen Bett, viel Stauraum und einer netten Sitzecke. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Das Buffet war stets gut gefüllt, alles wurde emsig nachgelegt und die Auswahl war größer und moderner, als wir erwartet waren. Es gab sogar einen Entsafter. Zum Abendessen war das Restaurant Zwoelva auch super. Der Fitnessraum war sehr gut ausgestattet für funktionales Training. Highlight war der beheizte Pool und der tolle Spa-Bereich mit Bergblick. Ich war lange nicht mehr so begeistert von einer Unterkunft.

Längere Öffnungszeiten des Spa-Bereichs am Abend wären super und grundsätzlich fände ich eine Tür zur Dusche im Zimmer gut.

Die Unterkunft ist natürlich aufgrund der Neueröffnung super schick und neu. Die Ausstattung im Studio war für zwei Personen perfekt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal. Alle waren wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Der Spa war außerdem wunderbar, perfekt um mal einen Tag Pause einzulegen!

Geweldig en zeer van genoten!

Het is een zeer mooie locatie en heel erg schoon. Alles ziet er erg luxe uit en iedereen is er super aardig! Als we weer deze kant op gaan zullen we zeker weer voor dit hotel kiezen. Het ontbeit was heerlijk en er was een hoop keuze! We konden elke dag lekker zwemmen en gebruik maken van de vele faceliteiten. Het hotel was boven onze verwachtingen aangezien er nog weinig beoordelingen waren!

Het enigste wat we jammer vonden is dat het zwembad erg vroeg dicht ging en er weinig keuze aan avond eten was! Verder was het dus perfect!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Sauna im Obersten Stock, Sauna mit Panoramafester mit Blick Richtung Neustift und Umliegende Berge, Ruheraum mit sehr schönen Liegen und einen schönen Blick. Jede Ecke hat ein anderen Blick in die Umliegende Berge! In der Saunalandschaft gibt's Tee und Wasser an der Theke, Selbstbedienung! Frühstück haten wir nicht gebucht! Kleines schnuckliges Zimmer!

Das Zimmer ist Modern aber mein´s war´s nicht! Dusche und Waschbecken vom Zimmer nur mit zwei Spiegeln getrennt, Dusche wäre ein Spritzschutz (Glastür oder was auch immer) angebracht wir haben ausschließlich in der Saunalandschaft geduscht außer am ersten Abend, da wir das Bad sonst immer sehr bewässert hätten!

Besser geht's nicht: Design, Genuss und Wellness auf höchstem Niveau

Wir haben ein echtes Juwel entdeckt! Dieses Hotel war die Krönung unserer Reise und hat uns restlos begeistert. Man spürt sofort, wie viel Herzblut in diesem Haus steckt. Wir wurden unglaublich freundlich empfangen und haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an wohlgefühlt. Unser Apartment war einfach fantastisch – vor allem die Idee, das Schlafzimmer und das Bad zu einem offenen Raum zu verbinden, fanden wir grossartig und sehr besonders. Der Spa-Bereich ist wunderschön, ruhig und bietet eine tolle Aussicht. Ein weiteres Highlight war für uns das Frühstück, bei dem man die hohe Qualität und die Liebe zur Regionalität schmeckt. Dass es dann auch noch ein so tolles Fitnessstudio mit Boulderwand gibt, hat unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Wir kommen definitiv wieder – auch wenn es von Wien aus eine kleine Weltreise ist. Eine Empfehlung von Herzen!

Wir haben uns außergewöhnlich wohl gefühlt.

Wir, meine Frau und ich waren von Freitag bis heute, Montag, im Hotel Elfer, im ersten Stock über der Rezeption. Wir haben die Morgensonne sehr genossen und vor allem die Stille. Im Besonderen auch durch die schallgedämpften Zimmertüren. Wie wir finden trifft der Name des Hotels genau zu - Elfer. Es ist der Name des Hausberges von Neustift und dieser fasziniert durch seine außergewöhnliche Erscheinung. So auch das Hotel selbst, es ist klein und absolut gut durchdacht. Vor allem der Spa - Bereich hier genießt man eine wundervollen Blick in die Berge, aus der Sauna, wie auch im Ruhebereich. Es gibt viele Handtücher im Spa (die negative Rezension diesbezüglich stimmt somit nicht.) Es gibt insgesamt ausreichend Plätze zum Ausruhen. Im oberen Spa gibt es kostenlos Obst, Nüsse, Tee und Zitronenwasser. Die Menschen (das Personal) sind alle sehr, sehr freundlich. Was nicht immer einfach ist bei den immer größeren Erwartungen der Gäste. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend (eine Fischvariante (Lachs) würde es aus meiner Sicht abrunden). Wir sind froh, das Elfer und das Stubaital entdeckt zu haben. Wir freuen wir uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch. Alles in allem gibt es nichts was nicht gepasst hat. Vor allem das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist ausgewogen und sehr fair. Wir können gewisse negative Rezensionen nicht teilen.

Super schöne Zimmer, mega bequemes Bett, tolles Bad und ausreichend Platz für meine Tochter und mich in einem Doppelzimmer. Der Poolbereich sehr sauber und mit super Betten. Das Spa unglaublich schön mit Wahnsinns Blick auf die Berge. Frühstück und Abendessen sehr lecker. Die Mitarbeiter super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen wieder, danke für die schöne Auszeit.
