Nice and cosy with spa facilities in a nearby hotel

The property is very nice and comfortable with a cosy atmosphere, it has a fully equipped kitchen and all the facilities you would need for a nice holiday in the mountains. We had the breakfast and dinner option and were very happy with the food. There were good options for children as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they made us feel very welcome and gave us ideas for outdoors activities appropriate for our son’s age

The property offers access to the spa facilities of a nearby hotel, the swimming pool, sauna and spa treatments are very nice, but you need to walk approx 300m from the suits to the spa, carrying your towels, bath robe etc. In cold weather this can be off putting. We would have used the spa more if we didn’t have to dress for snowy weather and carry our wet bathrobes from one building to the other. Next time we would book directly in the main building, where there is also the restaurant and the reception.

Very vozy wooden building apartment with spectacular view on the Stubaital valley and mountains. We were greeted by nearby hotel staff with warm welcome and free beer while waiting. Very nice experience and overall the apartment was great!

Good hotel appartment with healthy and delicious breakfast

Very kind and nice people, they are helpfull, new furniture, good breakfast, fresh juice, every day cleaning, nice outside and indide playground for children. Breakfast had very good choice of vegetable and fruits, sweet strawberries. Very good location, quiet, far from main road, to hotel 5minutes walk, 1minute walk from center where are sometimes concerts, shop is 5 minutes walk.

Paying for drink at dinner, for normal water too and so expensive. Usually at hotels water is free at dinner. Outside pool is too small for so much people and not for swimming, inside pool is better. Childrens dinner have too strong taste, but its good that there is fresh vegetable for alternative No washing maschine in appartment. Too soft pillows

Recharging for the mind and soul.

The apartment was cozy, spacious and had a great view. The central location within Neustift is very convenient. It’s no problem at all to go to the Stubaier Hof for food and the wellness. The breakfast and dinner were fantastic and we really enjoyed the spa. The best was how easy everything was with our kids who could play in the cute kids room right next to the restaurant. It’s over all an amazing place and we will be back for sure.

Exceptional

We had a very nice stay! Our accomodation was 5 minutes walk from the main hotel, very cozy and clean, with free parking right outside. Breakfast was rich and various, dinner was also very good and we liked the possibility of choosing from different options. Also we appreciated their attention in case of allergies. Amazing staff, they made us feel at home! Fitness room, pool and spa were super enjoyable. They also provide the Stubai Summer Card which grants free or discounted access to transportation and attractions.

Big reccomendation!!! We would discribe it as the best accomodation that we have ever had so far!

Sepp & Hannis really, really, really exceeded our expectations 😊We can not express how pleasent the stay was and how the staff including the owners treated kindly the guests. The apartments are on a few minutes pleasent walk to the hotel where you will be eating, using sauna, gym, pool and where the kids corner is ( we easily managed this with a toodler so its tottaly doable and fine :))).All of the space including the apartments are very nicely decorated, cleaned every day, and very comfortable. The food is OUT OF THIS WORLD 🤌 and the staff is the kindest you will meet ❤️always ready to help in person and online. Price tottaly matches quality, and for this we would be happy to pay even more. You have 2 supermarkets on a minute walk, souvenir shop, restaurants, sport rental shops, ice skating ring , hospital etc. The whole vilage is family friendly and we will deffinitelly visit again. Keep up the good work, we need more appartments/hotels like this!

A very good choice for a skiing vacation at Stubaiergletcher.

The apartment was very comfortable for the family. Breakfast at the Stubaierhof Hotel was very good and service outstanding. Although there was a small distance between Sepp & Hannis and the Hotel that caused no problem. We took advantage of the swimming pool and massage facilities at the Stubaierhof. The management was very nice and always present with the guests. New Year's Dinner and Fireworks were very good indeed.

We did not dislike anything and were completely satisfied.

Would love to come back again

Delicious, lovingly crafted food. Personalised, kind service - even from the cleaners. Clean apartments with a rustic but modern design touch. A mix of luxury and humour! The playground and playroom were a hit with our toddler. They even had a children's menu :) and a baby seat that hangs from the table for our 6-month -old-baby. I felt comfortable as a parent with two noisy little kids there.

Nothing to do with the apartment and service itself, but the location which being conveniently central was also a little exposed to music from bars at night We came during a religious holiday and the church bells rang for a long time at 5 am one day. If you can wear earplugs and are not sensitive to noise, no issues!

This is not an hotel this is a skiapartment. There is no pool, restaurant or playground on this facility. The hotel were you find all this is 300 ms away, you have to walk outside (rain or no rain) to get any service.

why cannot I give 11 instead of ”only” 10

This must have been the stay which exeeded my expectations with the largest of margins: -Apartment, (was it like 70m2?) was renovated 2 years ago with industrial + naturish style, all needed equipment there, really sensual, spacious bathroom + tub, free kids bed, 3 tv:s (+possibilty to additional free tv-channel/streaming set, although who watches tv on holidays :) ) and nice view from the balcony, big comfty beds and the list could go on and on - Breakfast had fresh strawberries and I think that says it all :) For many it might be ”not a big deal” but for me it is rarely witnessed (not staying in 5* hotels). with that buttler and assigned tables with really good baby seats, one of the owners coming to chat with us with a baby on hers arms, the breakfast was perfect - 4 saunas, and swimming pool were nice addition + tiny but good enough child playground - free pass for the area cable. cars etc was a huge plus that I did not even expect - nice package of information flyers etc about the area given to us and when we left, i got a small bottle of massage balsam good to be used after the hike! This was absolutely awesome with really friendly staff, me, my spouse and 1 year + 3 year old kids loved the stay!!

only minor thing was that apartment is located 300m from the main building, which was ok since we knew it and our apartment located right next to restaurant area ☺️

Stubaital weekend

The staff at the reception was very friendly, nice amenities, easy to reach restaurants and free corona test.

Even if we had breakfast included, they kept forgetting about it, making the whole experience unpleasant. The room was viewing the parking lot. The photos about the swimming pool are tricking you to think the suites have direct access, but is actually 500 m away at the Hotel Stubaierhof. Could have used an extra shower gel, not reusing the soap dispenser. The breakfast is also at Hotel Stubaierhof.

Außergewöhnliches Hotel mit top Preis- Leistungsverhältnis

Alles war perfekt, der Service, das Personal, die Fewos, das Hotel selbst, das Essen, der Spa, die Lage, einfach das Beste, was wir jemals erlebt haben!!! Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Das Abendessen mit mehreren Gängen, war exklusiv und das die „Chefs“ sich die Zeit nehmen, persönlich mit den Gästen ins Gespräch zu kommen, ist einmalig.

Traumhaft

Einfach alles war so besonders - die Vollverpflegung war ein Traum, das Personal super freundlich, immer kleine Späßchen mit den Kindern, ein atemberaubender Ausblick von der Terrasse und dem Pool, die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und alles so toll dekoriert. Unser Urlaub war so entspannend, eine herrliche Gegend und so kinderfreundlich.

Das Hotel Der Stubaierhof, wo wir alle weiteren Leistungen bekommen haben war einfach toll. Wir haben selten so zuvorkommendes und fleißiges Personal gesehen. Es wurde einem förmlich jeder Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen. Das Essen war lecker und ansprechend zubereitet.

Unser Zimmer lag auf der Straßenseite und im Erdgeschoss. Dafür haben wir aber auch etwas weniger gezahlt.

Hurra die Gams!

Die Suite war sehr geräumig und zentral dem Ortskern gelegen. Auch das Stammhotel ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und sehr leicht erreichbar. Das angebotene Frühstücksbuffet ist überragend und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und bemüht. Im Prinzip ist das ganze Paket einfach nur "Hurra die Gams"!

Es ist wirklich schwierig hier Verbesserungsvorschläge zu finden aber vielleicht könnte der Welnessbereich insgesamt ein bisschen wärmer sein.
