I loved that place, felt like home

Delivious breakfast and dinners. Great service and lovely people in the hotel. Amazing spa with outside jacuzzie and wooden sauna. Very cozy and relaxing time

The Brunnenhof hotel is magic,the breakfast is perfect and really good, the dinner is magnificent and all the people in the staff are welcoming and warming. A place to visit if you want to relax surrounded by mountains.

Disappointing

The location was nice, so was the room. Good food at the restaurant.

The main problem was over booking, on the first night I received a room in another hotel, although I received 4 emails confirming the reservation. The second and most important problem was serving food (I had a half-board). Very unhelpful staff. You had to ask them to arrange your table with napkins and cutlery; if not, they throw your plate on the table without cutlery. Sometimes you didn't even get the soup. The order of drinks came to you in half an hour or even an hour and they apologized for forgetting. The third problem is that I booked a room, which was listed on Booking, but I received another instead, under the pretext that they are full. The fourth problem was the lack of a playground in the yard (which was in all the pictures and which was the main reason I chose the hotel). Not to mention the presence of dogs in the hotel that barked and woke our child and us.

Charming little hotel in a picturesque village

We had a fantastic stay in this well-located property. The staff are all super friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. We rented the apartment, which was an easy 7 minute walk from the main hotel. It was large with a fenced yard and really well set up for our stay.

Perfect family appartement

Fantastic appartement, beautifull view on the valley, mountains and gletcher. Peacefull surrounding with a few sheeps in the neighboring meadow. Little garden, lovely to sit in the evening, with access to a small semi public child play ground.

Exceptional

The family hosts and other staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The location was great with amazing views and an easy walk to the cable car or bus stop. The supercard was excellent value. The food was delicious.

Wunderbar

Es hat uns alles gefallen. Besonders ist auch die Gastfreundschaft der Familie hervorzuheben! Sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr gutes Abendessen! Und das Galadinner: ein Gedicht! Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Der Bus fährt stündlich ins Skigebiet. Ausreichend Parkplätze und auch eine Ladestation für E-Fahrzeuge sind vorhanden.

Die Lage war gut. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Straße und hat ein großes Restaurant

Am Anreisetag waren alle Kellner nicht da und das interne Personal war nicht motiviert und hat sehr langsam bedient ohne eine Rücksicht auf Bedürfnisse zu nehmen. Das Bett im Zimmer 103 quietschte sehr stark.

Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Ruoka illallisella erinomaista. Aamupala todella monipuolinen ja laaja. Hotellin siisteys hyvä.
