Great and relaxing ski vacation

10 out of 10 experience! The owners are incredibly welcoming and clearly care about both their guests and their property. Everything in the house is well-maintained and clean. The spa area looks brand new and is a real highlight. The location is excellent, there's plenty of parking available nearby and the Stubai ski area is just 8 minutes away by car. Several restaurants are within walking distance, which is very convenient.

Near Stubaital perfect place on the wayto Italy

It reminds the places were I used to go with my mother and father in holiday when I was young, with all the boiserie in Pine wood that gives a perfect perfume.

I should say the breakfast needs a better fresh fruit and muesli but bred and marmalades were perfect and the assistant was very kind.

From the outside, it seems just a normal gausthaus but inside it is beautiful and big and open and beautiful, sauna dry and wet were great wish I had more time to spend in the wellness area. beautiful dining area, good room and balcony with chairs and lounge and great view of the mountains

it is good for one experience but we wouldn’t return.

The apartment was spacious and super clean, it was comfy for two people and a dog for four nights. View from the room was also specticular towards the mountains. The breakfast was great, it was a buffet breakfast with a wide range of choices. The dinner was also delicious. You can take your dog for 10 euros/night. Stubaier glacier is just 15 minutes drive.

They should draw the guests attention in the booking terms for the fact that they serve only one menu for dinner and there is no option to choose. Generally, if you book a room with dinner, you would expect a buffet or 2 possibilities at least, but they didn’t mention it, not even at check in. As for the staff, they were ok, but not really friendly, during our 4 days, they hardly give a smile and not communicate with us at all, neither at check in, nor at the dinner.

Everything was awesome. Delicious breakfast with a lot of different food and you can choose what you want. We had three times dinner and every day it was really delicious. Nice and clean room. If I will go there again I’d like to use this accommodation again.

Ganz nette Gastgeber. Bei der Anreise herzlich willkommen geheißen. Sehr sauberes Hotel. Schöne Saunalandschaft. Vom Personal war immer jemand zu erreichen.

Die Betten waren etwas durchgelegen. Aber bei der Größe der Menschen heutzutage, ist es auch schwierig, ständig neue Betten und Matratzen aufzulegen.

La struttura ha decisamente soddisfatto tutte le nostre aspettative. Bellissimo il mini appartemento/suite con balcone sulle montagne innevate, ottima la colazione, gentile e premuroso lo staff, il ghiacciaio a soli dieci minuti ... Insomma siamo stati davvero bene!

Peccato per il materasso ed i cuscini un po' troppo morbidi, per il resto nulla da eccepire

Es war ein erholsames und eindrucksvolles Wochenende. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Frühstück war reichlich und es gab für jeden Geschmack etwas. Die Rühreier waren sehr gut. Es war sehr ruhig im Haus und das Personal überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Sauna ist von den Räumlichkeiten u d dem Angebot top. Es werden sogar kostenlose Getränke angeboten.

Die Sauna war toll nur die Öffnungszeiten sind nicht ganz so ideal. Die Sauna ist von 16 - 20 Uhr geöffnet, da ist man meistens mit Duschen und Essen gehen beschäftigt, da es im Haus selbst nur Frühstück angeboten wird. Eine Öffnung bis 22 Uhr wäre entspannter. Ansonsten ist die Sauna top!!!

Schöner erholsamer Urlaub

Unser Zimmer hat ein fantastischen Ausblick ins Tal gehabt. Das Personal und die Chefin, waren sehr freundlich. Sie waren immer zuvorkommend und Hilfsbereit. Da wir mit unserem jungen Hund Urlaub gemacht haben, waren auch kleinere Maleure nicht zu vermeiden. Sie wurden aber gemeinsam gemeistert. Wir werden auf jeden Fall im nächsten Jahr wieder vorbei schaun...

Es war schade, das es nur Frühstück gab. Abendessen mit 3 verschiedenen Angeboten, wie wir es schon kannten, wäre schön gewesen..

Sehr gute und ruhige Pension um das Stubaital in alle Richtungen zu erkunden

Sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeberin und Mitarbeiterinnen, die sich auf sehr persönliche Art um ihre Gäste kümmern. Wir konnten unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt im geräumigen Zimmer mit Kleinküche, Bad und Balkon mit Gletscherblick unkompliziert um 2 Nächte verlängern. Sehr sauber. Schöner Saunabereich mit Ruhemöglichkeit. Kommen gerne wieder. Sehr schöne Wandermöglichkeiten in der Nähe, in Verbindung mit der StubaiSuperCard sind alle Ziele gut mit Bus und Seilbahn zu erreichen.

Mensen die hun hotel met passie uitbaten wat ervoor zorgt dat je een heerlijke vakantie hebt.

Super vriendelijk personeel, gekleed in authentieke Oostenrijkse kledij. Veel tips gekregen van het personeel over activiteiten in de buurt. Ze tonen oprechte interesse in hun gasten. Super proper! Onze kamer werd iedere dag opgeruimd en gepoetst. Er was geen vuiltje te bekennen. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Alles is aanwezig.

Niestety bardzo nieprzyjazny personel, niegrzeczny. Co chwile byliśmy o wszystko pouczani. Nikt tam nie mówi po angielsku, na siłę mówią do gości po austriacku chociaż nic nie rozumieliśmy. Przykładowe sytuacje dla mnie dziwne to zamknięcie na klucz wejścia do hotelu tuż przed naszym nosem pomimo że właścicielka spotkała nas na parkingu i widziała że wróciliśmy na noc do hotelu. Właścicielka kazała mojemu partnerowi ściągać buty pomimo, że chodził w czystych zwykłych butach. Śniadania ubogie, nudne. Pokoje stare, łazienki odpychające, wszędzie cieknie woda. Materace tragedia nie dało się spać. Nie polecam! Omijajcie szerokim łukiem
