Perfection in the mountains

The property is exceptionally well kept and clean, in a central location super easy to be accessed even from Innsbruck. The reception area lobby bar and restaurant are all very well thought out, lovely layout plenty of places to relax. The spa is beautiful and has everything you could need. The interior design throughout the property is beautiful. The food is amazing and we had half board but they also provided an afternoon snack so there was plenty of good quality food. There were lots of options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians and local dishes farm produce. The chef cooked creative and very tasty dishes every day . Breakfast was excellent with a variety of options sweet and salted also we asked for soya milk and it was delicious. We loved spending time after dinner in the reception area in front of the fireplace drinking all delicious cocktails and local drinks. The bedroom is very spacious , the bed very comfortable ,we asked for extra pillows and they kindly provided everything we needed. They also offer free activities for the guests and this is a bonus . We recommend the hiking activity in the evening with Lois. He is amazing and very experienced. The landscape and scenery are incredible . We will definitely stay at this hotel again. To be honest, it’s a five stars hotel not a four!

Beautiful hotel in such a beautiful location. The spa facilities were amazing and very relaxing. Staff are helpful. Highly recommend.

Our room was a little hot, but the staff did provide us with a fan which helped in the nights.

The Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The space is gorgeous and well kept and clean. The wellness and spa area is very nice and a good size for a small-ish hotel. The food options were regional, fresh and tasty.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Absolutely beautiful location, delicious food with a good choice on the evening menu. Fantastic breakfast choices too. Our room and view was lovely. Without exception, all staff were friendly but not overbearing.

Beautiful Stay

This property is out of this world. The staff are amazing, the food is excellent, the rooms are remodeled beautifully. The views are unreal, the spa is so relaxing and it’s right next to the center of town. The E-bikes were a lot of fun. Technically we’ve extended our stay two nights so we are still here.

Wonderful, relaxing break - we were well taken care of in a beautiful environment with lovely staff.

The hotel is well situated with lovely views along the valley and up the mountains. It's close to shops and the ski bus too. The hotel staff were delightful and very helpful with things like ski hire and passes. The food was absolutely delicious and we loved the afternoon tea and cake spread laid on every afternoon. What a treat! The spa is gorgeous and lovely to relax in at the end of a ski! We'd love to return one day.

It was all lovely - but if I was seeking perfection I'd love an extra pillow and tea/coffee making facilities in the bedroom.

Superb

The hotel is exceptionally clean, warm, cozy. Food is delicioua (breakfast & dinner) and the heated pool is amazing.

I wish there was a way to controll the heating in the room, since at times it got too hot. Some light curtains in the room could be great as well (for privacy) since the room only had the heavy curtains for blocking the light. And last but not least...a coffee machine in the room could make my stay absolutely wonderfull. Since it is the standart nowdays, the hotel managment should really consider putting a coffee machine in each room. Otherwise...a wonderfull stay!

It has been a great experience. The staff was so friendly and supportive. In my opinion it's more than 4 star hotel. Huge food variety for both breakfast and dinner, you can have some snacks during the day too. SPA area is excellent. Beautiful location with a fantastic Gletscher view.

A wonderful experience in the middle of Alps!

Beautiful room with a picturesque view Nice and attentive personnel Great cosmetics in the bathroom The bathroom was much better in reality than in the pictures and it looked very clean Also, very clean looking spa area Nice breakfast with custom prepared eggs and milk and yoghurt from own farm Overall a great experience and definitely one of the best hotels I've ever visited!

Water in the outside swimming pool was 1-2 degrees too low. Information brochure stated 34C. With a bit warmer water it could be a completely different level of experience. The indoor pool was also too cold. The balcony itself was very nice but it could be so much better arranged with cosy soft chairs and some nice table There was no kettle and bottle opener in the room (however it was possible to make oneself a tea in the spa area in plastic cups) The fridge in the room was not working (perhaps it was switched off, I haven't checked) The spa shoes were provided in the room only on the first day and not exchanged during the whole stay, even after they got wet and a bit dirty in the spa area The shower/bath area didn't have a luxourious feel, it was not a very modern look. However the bathroom in general was very nice and much better than in the pictures. The hair dryer had low power In the pictures the outside pool looks bigger than in the reality Usage of pool and spa area was limited only till 8pm I would wish for some more daily breakfast variation, as it can get a bit monotonous during longer stays

pretty much everything. great location, amazing food for dinner and breakfast. room was large and comfortable, heating on point. WiFi working well. ticking all boxes for us and will definitely come back

entire stay was fantastic, only small minus were pillows which seemed to have their best time behind them, you had to fold them to feel like there was anything under your head :-) small point for otherwise absolutely perfect stay

Amazing!

It was absolutely amazing! It exceeded our expectations. Everything was just great, the food amazing, the staff extremly observant of details and very friendly!❤️ Spa area is so nice🥰 They also help you with planing your activities and have many offers for your days😍i highly recommend this place. We will definetly come again soon!🥰 ps. The area is perfect to reach every skiing domain. Also beginners friendly, family friendly but also exciting for advanced skiers and snowboarders.
