We booked on a short notice with dinner and breakfast. Dinner was a "Tyrolean dinner" with lots of meat, but my wife is a vegetarian. The staff was extremely friendly and prepared some vegetarian meal extra, really nice! The hotel has a spa including two saunas and a steam bath, all of these were clean and not so overcrowded. There were many families there with lots of children. The staff reminded the kids several times not to run through the hall, and to be a little less loud during playing games, which was truly ok! :-)

Good value, but lacking the comfort of a 4 star hotel

Restaurant was great! Hotel staff was happy to arrange taxi transfers. Good facilities for children, one playroom and a nice/clean pool.

The hotel is a solid 3 stars, with good food. The restaurant is the only part that is a genuine 4 stars. The bus transfers from the hotel (or from the main road, where buses were more frequent) were hard for small children, and very busy. Seating down was only possible sometimes. The hotel does not have its own shuttle, like some of the other hotels in town. Staff speaking limited English, which led to misleading instructions and delays - this seems to be the case for the entire area, unlike more international resorts like St Anton or Ischgl. Attention to details was lacking, like no shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms, hand soap only on request, supplies not replenished when doing up the rooms, broken safe, room phone out of order.

Food was great. Personnel was helpful. Hotel is close to the Stubaier Gletscher.

Bed was uncomfortable. Room was very noisy from 4 A.M. due to some weird sound like a ventilator was running all the time and made sleeping almost impossible. Cleaning staff opened the room door without notification or knocking.

Perfect Mountain Chalet for a skiing trip to Stubai

Perfect location for a skiing trip to Stubai. Almost the last village before the ski area nestled in a narrow valley with a waterfall. The morning after we arrived and the fog had lifted, all the surrounding mountains were sprinkled with a fresh snow fall. A bus takes you to the ski area if neccessary. We also loved the saunas, and steam-bath.

There are two spa areas: One is labeled "Pool", the other "Wellness". We were looking for sauna, so went to "Wellness" and only found some odd tepid strange smelling steam cave and a relax room, with funny colored lights, a non-working fountain but OK temperatures. In the end we spent too much time in the wrong location. The saunas and steam bath were in the "pool" section, they were great! !!!! It is mixed gender and no bathing suits, so nothing for the squeamish !!!!

Die Begrüssung war herzlich. Das gebuchte Zi. mit hübschem Balkon und Gletschersicht ist geräumig und zweckmässig. Die Ausstattung ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und daher nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäss.

Wir waren enttäuscht vom Salatangebot. Tgl. die gleichen 5 Salate (Blattsalat, Karotten, Randen, Tomaten, Mais). Auch das Frühstückbuffet dürfte mit einigen weiteren Zugaben bereichert werden. Z.B. Variantenreicher mit Fleisch/Wurst (regionale Spez.) Gemüse u. Früchte.

Zu kleiner Pool mit viel zu vielen Gästen, vorallem viele Kinder ohne Eltern, es war sehr laut und wild, daher hat sich unsere Tochter nicht wohl gefühlt und wollte lieber gar nicht in den Pool obwohl sie eine Wasserratte ist. Außerdem wenig Parkplätze vorallem am Abend wird es sehr knapp

Ein wunderbares Skihotel im Tiroler Stil.

Die Lage in Gletschernähe mit Blick darauf ist für Skifahrer besonders geeignet. Ausstattung und Mahlzeiten sind betont tirolerisch gehalten. Die Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich und bemüht. Die Zimmergröße war außergewöhnlich. Der Lounge- und Barbereich ist großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Das Hotel bietet in allen Bereichen barrierefreien Zugang.

Der Spa-Bereich liegt im Keller - wie man das früher so gemacht hat. Er ist fensterlos. Einiges ist gerade im Umbau. Der Pool ist eher klein und nur über eine Leiter betretbar. Wenn viel los ist, wird es im ganzen Spa-Bereich etwas eng.

Schönes Hotel, ein bisschen Erneurung wäre nicht schlecht

Schönes Hotel an ruhiger Lage mit schönem Wellnessbereich und gutem Abendessen.

Ich kenne das Haus seit vielen Jahren. Leider wird kaum je was erneuert, immer noch alles wie immer, während sich die Mitbewerber weiter entwickeln. Die Heizung im Zimmer war defekt, ein Heizlüfter brachte nur wenig. Der Receptionist hat sich sehr bemüht, war aber eher hilflos. Das Personal im Speisesaal war nicht wirklich motiviert. Frühstück erst ab 7.30 Uhr ist zu spät.

Perfekte Erholung

Vom ersten Augenblick an war es perfekt. Sehr nett empfangen worden, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und herzlich zu den Gästen. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und das Abendessen war sehr fein zubereitet. Salatbuffet, Suppe, Hauptgang, Dessert... Das Wellness bietet einen Pool und diverse Saunen. Auch schöne Wanderungen waren möglich. Es war für uns einen perfekten Urlaub.
