I ended up spontaneously extending my stay for another night. Despite of my late decision and an almost full hotel, the reception was immediately able to accommodate me. The breakfast and dinner (half-board) selection is really nice, especially for the price. Staff was really attentive and took time to explain where everything was. Felt super welcome!
The adjacent building I stayed in, unfortunately has really thin walls. Noisy, inconsiderate guests running around and/or showering in the middle of the night were incredibly easy to hear - this being said, it's absolutely not the fault of the hotel some people don't understand common decency.
